I think I was just glad to see Gal back. So I "enjoyed watching it". I love her as WW & was happy to see Steve back. But I was definitely like....."wait, what happened? Umm, I'm lost". Especially when the camera spun around & bruh turned into Steve. Mando and that lil Asian boy were working my nerves. Cheetah was doing too much for no reason & she got way too damn digital at the end. The storyline was definitely "stretching it".

Maxwell Lord is a much more interesting villain in the comics and they made unnecessary changes to his character in this movie. In the comics he's basically Lex Luthor combined with Amanda Waller but with mind control powers. He's a part of one of Wonder Women's biggest character moments in the comics.

I really wasn’t going into it w much expectation or knowledge of the plot, just put it on out of curiosity and I enjoyed it too! I liked seeing Diana get that closure w Steve and him encouraging her to enjoy life, introducing the invisible plane and her flight. Her fashions! They tried to have a more human struggle and resolution and I appreciated it regardless of how imperfect. I think it’s a better direction than pure CGI villains.

I liked the story because it displayed the power of choice. We can choose to be good people or choose to get ahead by making decisions that hurt others. It’s the message we need in society right now. Wonder Woman was strong by choosing to let go of the one thing she wanted most in life for the good of others. I know this is just a move for entertainment but it’s so sad how many people missed the message behind.
