Tony... you've been our therapist during times of discomfort & down times. You were making me laugh after you lost your son (RIP Cerian) & that is something i have never forgotten. After that, you stopped being the voice over/Cram guy to being a needed voice of life for me. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING TONE!!!!!!

Man, you got me crying a bit with the death discussion, and then you made me smile with the dominoes lol. My family is going through something right now--not quite death, but I've been thinking about it a lot due to the severity of the issue. Just wanted to thank you for being courageous enough to talk about it.

I’ve realized people with anxiety and ADHD will pull out their phone in mid-convo. I have a friend who does it and I spoke to her about it. She’s still actively listening. Changed my perspective. Everyone’s struggle isn’t visible so…we have to be constantly open to being taught.🙂

very candid convo here. i think it is hard, or rather mighty *uncomfortable* for people to be there for you during times of bereavement. it might force them to confront their own fears and sadness. but i just hope we can learn that despite discomfort we can find ways to be there for folks (i say we because i can fall into this, particularly with not knowing how to support people i don't feel very close to already). sending love.

Trust me... you're right Tony...watching that light go out in their eyes is haunting. I saw this with my Mother when I was 17. I'm 44 now and still haven't recovered. And as a Father now myself...I have seen some tough movie scenes, but as a Father...NONE (and I'm even talking about John Q)...this movie called The 5th Quarter...bruh...the funeral scene is tough enough but when the Father gets up and move the pallbearers away as he wants to be the one to push his son's casket...man I had to get up and walk out. And you're right about something else...You have to know yourself. I know I have a great memory...which is why I DON'T put myself in certain situations. I won't even go to a funeral unless I feel there was something left unsaid. I'd much prefer to keep WHATEVER the last memory I have of you...alive and well. We all are still praying for you and the family brother. Keep moving forward. 👊🏿🙏🏿🖤

Tony, thank you for being honest about your experiences, especially with grief. It's helps people put words to things they might've pushed down & hidden away. Story sharing is deeply healing to all of us, but especially to those who never felt safe enough to express their emotions.

@teetee1922Ай бұрын
1:11:09 I think the issue is when it becomes an obsession/addiction and that's ALLLLLLL they want to do. I don't think women care when men play video games for a rational amount of time and they have a life balance. Most that say that are usually in neglectful relationships or are severely clingy with nothing else to do and feel their man is supposed to spend every single moment with them.

The same women who don't like men playing games are the same women who will sit and stare at their phones scrolling on tiktok for 6 hours straight. They call men's hobbies dumb, but can't think of anything to keep their own interests.
