Exs are always Exs for a reason and looking back on it is a true waste of time. One of my biggest challenges with Exs was I felt like I needed to hear an affirmation that he messed up and an apology, and not so we can get back together but to make me feel like I'm still worthy of being wanted. Then I finally learned I don't need his validation because I found my own worth. That is the key!

Ppl know when they've dogged somebody and they always regret it even if they never admit it., So that's a lesson you never have to teach. In the meantime create closure for yourself by completely cutting them off. Block, delete their #, don't call, don't text, don't respond. Cut all forms of communication even FB n IG. Know them not. One day when you least expect you realize you don't miss them anymore and you'll be stronger because of it.

Tony, where were u at 10 years ago?! Lol! This was food to my soul. I wasted 10 years, "fake engaged" dealt with cheating, he made another child while with me, last but definitely not least, he got married while still living with me. Broken doesn't even describe how I felt. A year later I was diagnosed with stage 3 cervical cancer. He came back then left me again in the time I felt I needed him the most. If it wasn't for u, I would still be playing this game. Thank you for everything! You're my very bestfriend and we've never met lol! I always come to your videos for strength. They helped me even heal myself inside and out. A year later, I'm cancer free and loving me more and more each day and he absolutely hates to see me happy when he comes to get our 6 year old daughter. I easily send her out that door with no need to see his face. I watch her out the window get in that car and keep it moving. I'm dating me and my 2 girls currently 16 and 6 and they are the love of my life and I don't never want them to see me crying over a man that never meant any good to us. I moved on with my life, went back to work, worked on my relationship with God, read the Bible and currently reading your book, a woman’s influence. I work out and I am in the best shape of my life since high school ( I am 33) , went back to school, got a new job, got a beautiful new apartment. Tony, I am so glad I found your youtube coaching. I kicked my ex narc out last August and I have stood strong about not taking him back. Over the last few years and it was on and off relationshit and so stressful. I didn't figure out who he was until I listened to some youtubes on narcissism. He is absolutely living proof of NPD. Wow, Tony, this video resonated with me. First time in history I fell in love for the very first time, in my 50s, met a really nice guy in his 60's, we both worked out, he was divorced and had full custody of his 5 kids. 2 years in, I told him I wanted to meet his kids so we can have a full blown relationship, he said you will, at the end of summer, never happened. One night he blindsided me and said I can't give you more ???? WHAT !!!!!! We both invested in this relationship and he actually told his friend who told me that he was crazy about me. 1 year has gone by, I haven't heard from him since. I tried reaching out a few times, nothing ???? My aunt passed away due to COVID -19 in a nursing home 😢😢 stupid me I went to txt my ex, never said I am sorry to hear that. Are you kidding me ???? What's his problem ?? Why is he being so HEARTLESS. I loved him with all my heart, it hurts so much that he actually walked away from this relationship. Did he really love me ?? This video needed to be done. And Tony will probably have to re-do this video several more times before it starts to stick. I would say 2/3 of the questions Tony gets has something to do with an ex. And what I'm realizing is that a lot of these women are looking for a reason to hang on or go back. When they ask 'Why did he do that,' they are looking for an answer that makes it possible for them to 'FIX' whatever made the guy leave them so he'll come back.

Also they are looking to be blessed by situations God is not in. The men aren't in God and neither are they. .. You are having problems because you are a problem (in sin, fornication, etc.) and the man you have chosen is a problem, a "grown boy" (without God/not operating with Christ as the foundation) in which Tony has continuously stated what this looks like. Grown girls want a blessing (a Godly man) and don't realize they are reserved for Godly women. When God is in it he cares too for his sons. Time to wake up.
