My aunt & I were discussing relationships & she brought up a friend of hers who had been with her guy for 7 years. When they broke up, 6 months later he married the next woman after her. Exs are always Exs for a reason and looking back on it is a true waste of time. One of my biggest challenges with Exs was I felt like I needed to hear an affirmation that he messed up and an apology, and not so we can get back together but to make me feel like I'm still worthy of being wanted. Then I finally learned I don't need his validation because I found my own worth. That is the key!

Ppl know when they've dogged somebody and they always regret it even if they never admit it., So that's a lesson you never have to teach. In the meantime create closure for yourself by completely cutting them off. Block, delete their #, don't call, don't text, don't respond. Cut all forms of communication even FB n IG. Know them not. One day when you least expect you realize you don't miss them anymore and you'll be stronger because of it.

So true. My ex nd i broke up nd nxt wk i out myself out there nd said i still wanted him. He said he already been “chillin” with a female so i went silent. Tony, where were u at 10 years ago?! Lol! This was food to my soul. I wasted 10 years, "fake engaged" dealt with cheating, he made another child while with me, last but definitely not least, he got married while still living with me. Broken doesn't even describe how I felt. A year later I was diagnosed with stage 3 cervical cancer. He came back then left me again in the time I felt I needed him the most. If it wasn't for u, I would still be playing this game. Thank you for everything! You're my very bestfriend and we've never met lol! I always come to your videos for strength. They helped me even heal myself inside and out. A year later, I'm cancer free and loving me more and more each day and he absolutely hates to see me happy when he comes to get our 6 year old daughter. I easily send her out that door with no need to see his face. I watch her out the window get in that car and keep it moving. I'm dating me and my 2 girls currently 16 and 6 and they are the love of my life and I don't never want them to see me crying over a man that never meant any good to us. Sorry for the book but I needed to get this off my chest.

Today's takeaways for me: Give your days direction! It's never a lack of time, it's a lack of direction! I used to watch being mary jane and that show encouraged me to do the affirmation stickers on my bathroom mirror. I love your saying on direction. I will add it to my other affirmations lol. I realize I need to prioritize my time more! I have been so stagnant lately! This schedule and hour by hour, breakdown helped so much! When I was on fire hitting my goals, a couple months ago, I swear I had a schedule. 🙌 The road to destiny is so right and on point! That happened to me last year. It wasn't my fault that I left my ex, it was a have to. Once I finally figured out that it was something wrong with my ex (Narcissistic), I had to leave, it was my life he was playing with so once I left I focus on me, my life and didn't have any wasted time to think about him or what or who he even was doing it with. Once I took him out of my heart, well the mind went right along with the heart. Rise above the thinking on a ex, you have more important thoughts to think about (yourself)

I was just having this discussion with a friend of mine yesterday.We’re trying to help her sister and I told her to listen to your videos . He invited her over and when she got there he had another woman there. Of course she was heartbroken all the while he’s playing a game and have control over her mind. Just like you said your ex is your ex for reason. It will have to be God to bring me back to an ex and I don’t see it happening and I wouldn’t go back. Move on, transform your mindset. Be Blessed

I moved on with my life, went back to work, worked on my relationship with God, read the Bible and currently reading your book, a woman’s influence. I work out and I am in the best shape of my life since high school ( I am 33) , went back to school, got a new job, got a beautiful new apartment. And thanks to this corona and being stuck at home it’s like I’m triggered to my old life of living his life of cleaning, cooking and not doing anything with my life. I feel like I’ve regressed into being that sad bitter woman I was one year ago when I first left him .

I just started watching your video for the first time! And it’s crazy because my ex got a hold of me recently because things were not working out for him and the woman he was with. Wow!! I really needed to hear what you said. I recently left my ex and there is a man who is way better than my ex who has the qualities I've been longing for, but I'm not giving him the opportunity to pursue me because I'm still wondering if my ex will finally wake up and come back to me and be the man I want. Tony, I am so glad I found your youtube coaching. I kicked my ex narc out last August and I have stood strong about not taking him back. Over the last few years and it was on and off relationshit and so stressful. I didn't figure out who he was until I listened to some youtubes on narcissism. He is absolutely living proof of NPD. You are so uplifting and right on with your comments and you make me laugh. It is a great thing a good man like you is doing to help women like myself.
