There's a lot of misinformation out there. I love my T25! It was assembled in Rome GA, and I bought it from a small dealer. In my journey of looking for a tractor for our small homestead, I was looking at JD, Kubota, and to be honest, I couldn't afford them. Most homesteaders are probably in the same boat. I'm happy with my machine. It does exactly what I need it to do. TYM is doing a lot of the right things out here, and I hope that never changes. Thank you, Tony, for always putting the right information out there for us! God Bless!

I think we are all struggling these days and the dollars seem to be going out faster than coming in. My wife and I have a small hobby farm and it's looking like a TYM will be the best option for us, especially with used tractors being priced nearly at the cost of new these days.

Seems like people draw more joy from hating than focusing on the positive. I have the T25, unfortunately I had an issue after only 5 hours of use. Both the local dealer and TYM get and A+ in correcting the problem. They came and picked it up, openly communicated what happened, fixed the issue and had the tractor back at my place in a little over a week. Now I could focus on the negative and had a fit over having to deal with a one in a million issue but instead there was so much good about how the dealer and TYM it all added up to just a little inconvenience. Choose Joy People.

I also have to give a big shoutout to our local dealer, Badger Marine in Nekoosa, WI, for the extraordinary service they've provided for us - routine service along with one warranty matter resulting from an issue with the wiring harness; they identified an electrical gremlin and ultimately replaced the wiring harness to resolve. It is a great machine and was the best choice for us.

Great video Tony. I still have my 2501 Kubota and was a solid Kubota fanboy. However, when the time came to step up in capability I shopped but with a bias toward Kubota. I settled on a T474 with a cab. Your channel and the others introduced me to TYM so I checked out my closest dealer asked some questions and bought. To equip a Kubota with TYM’s standard equipment made the price difference over 20k. I just couldn’t justify not going with TYM. I wanted 3rd function and the dealer got it, installed it and delivered my tractor in less than a week. I couldn’t be happier. I just had the 50 hr service done and looking forward to some seat time tomorrow. I think I’m about to find out about the much heralded Kubota resell value. Keep up the good work, love your channel.

I feel bad for hard working people getting caught up in the backlash. On to the point... I own an orange tractor and love it. I loved the information and IMO, totally relevant. Never was familiar with the brand as none are around Houston. I had a NH tc30 for 15 years and really loved the little guy, but as it aged, it showed how cheaply it was built. Upgraded to a green 3032 and I have never looked back. The fenders, ick plastic, they were good steel on the NH, a good asset with trees and brush as you stated. The build between the 2 are night and day. The only other option was orange as other brands here all moved out of Houston. I would the join the Tym group but none here and I won't drive 100 miles for anything. Not many hobby farms left here as everything is industrial. I love to see the vlogs from all of the Tym KZbin groups and learning about new products. To me, the dealer support is #1 and I have that with the green, I had that with the NH, but they bailed out and went orange, sad. There seem to be a lot of other tractors, Branson, Massey, zetor, summit, Mahindra, LS, acco, but none are around me. As always, love your devotion to the cause and keep rolling that beautiful bean footage.

Tony, don't let them get to you. Keep doing what you are doing. Haters hate for what ever reason and we have way too many these days. No TYM dealers anywhere close by to my place so I didn't look very close at them. John deer anf Kubota were out for me due to price and I do not like how JD does their loaders not being Skid steer quick attach but only fit theirs so you get an adaptor or buy JD or pay the upcharge to get an aftermarket that fits. I would up with a Badboy 4035 which was also Korean made and has basically a Cummins 3 cyl engine that requires no computer to work. That is a plus IMO. I just hope TYM will keep parts available to use on it if needed after their Badboy contract runs out.

All tractors are good, some may be better than others. Tony, are you sure a comparable tractor in Green or Orange is $15000.00 more than a TYM? I own two Kubota's and in our area we have a TYM dealer, Mahindra, Kioti, Bobcat, which is Kioti and multiple JD and Kubota dealers, I think there all as good as there dealership is. However after comparing the B2650 and later purchasing the L3560 to the others, I went with Kubota both times and this is no knock on the other brands, just like the, in my opinion, smoother operation for the kind of work I do in the Kubota tractors. Anyway I enjoy your videos and I don't hate your TYM tractor, I think it's cool.

2019 474. I have about 650hrs on it. I beat the loving crap out of my tractor. Anything broken (beside some cosmetic stuff) was not a manufacturing defect, or was the aftermarket JRR Long valve - terrible placement and fragile wiring-except my loader uprights had to be completely welded and rebuilt but that was a dealership issue because they rushed putting my package together to get it to us before lockdowns in Spring of 20. It, the grapple, and the backhoe assembly were missing several bolts and pins. Many welds later all is well but I love my tractor. It is ridiculously reliable and when the time comes, I will go bigger but stay with TYM. I do regular maintenance on it because it is my lifeblood. I think my only design complaint is the sight glass placement/filler port for the hydraulics. It is difficult to see when working alone if adding fluid.

Originally wanted a Kubota. Did the research. Went to dealer, got a real shock. Not sticker so much as the attitude and arrogance of the sales person. New to tractors, I needed some “seat” time and he never offered a test drive. He spouted some of the specs and was incorrect on lift capacity. He seemed mad that I did my homework. Undeterred, I stopped at a small Branson dealer near the NC line 30 miles from 21miles from my ranch. The owner was a farmer with questions for me related to my intentional use. He took the keys out of his pocket and said, “move that pile of dirt.” He went back inside and got a second set of keys with a 2515H and a brush hog in it. He calmly asked,”what did you think?” Gave me the keys to the other and pointed me to a field. 20minutes later, he sold me a tractor, a finishing mower, and a land plane from listening to my needs. Can’t thank him enough. I’ve been back every year for more implements (grapple, forks, tiller) without hesitation. Now with 150hrs of “tractor therapy” , I’m all in with TYM. Solid and dependable. Like that farmer who sold me on it. Haters gonna hate. Thank you Tony. And thank you, Todd Fowler. (Roger Fowlers Tractor Sales)

Have a T25. It's done everything I've needed and done more than what I actually expected, specifically being able to lift logs much bigger than imagined. I did research for a couple years prior to being able to actually purchase a tractor, so I heavily looked at JD, Kubota, and Mahindra, and finally TYM. TYM simply offered the best tractor for cheaper than all the others. I'd take any tractor just because I really enjoy using them, but when it comes to spending my own money, TYM worked out best for me. I've had it just over a year and have 116 hours on it. Not much but at least during that time, there has not been a single issue. That's not a surprise rather but it is my expectation since spending so much money on these machines. The reason I went with TYM is it gave me more capability and comfort while having to spend less money than any other brand. End of story.

I purchased a new TYM T474 in 2020 largely because of Tony’s videos. I put over 300 hours on it in 3 years. I moved a lot of dirt and timber with it. Anytime I needed something from the dealer, I would call and they would mail it to me. The nearest dealer at that time was 3 1/2 hours from me. I liked it so much that I traded it for a TYM T754. I traded to the same dealership but at a second closer location, 1 1/2 hours from my location. I was given almost the same price for the T474 as I paid for it new, within a few hundred dollars. Granted there has been much inflation but don’t try to blow smoke about no resale value. That’s just ignorance! I have had one issue with the T754. The shuttle shift lever on the column needed to be replaced. I called the dealer and they replaced it at no cost as it was under warranty. They had to order it from the east coast of the USA and it took a few days to get it. They mailed it to me and it was quite easy to replace. I was raised on a farm of 2500 acres. I have driven many tractors, green, orange, blue and red. All of them major brands of different sizes. There is nothing junk about TYM tractors. I am a big fan, especially of the T754. It has no DEF or regeneration requirements. It has a Deutz engine that revs at 2200 rpm max. It’s quiet and powerful! Keep up the great work Tony! Christ’s blessings on you brother!

With the caveat that no 2 households in my street use their tractors the same and hence what works for you won't work for me and vice versa. Most models are a Koren Japanese hybrid - welcome to JIS where everything is 1mm off ISO. Also a tractor is a piece of off road machinery - so this is not a once a year service and never look under the hood and trade it in in 5 years. You need a good local parts network (AKA a dealer) and either the ability to maintain / fix it or somebody who can or even better a combo of both. Personally over 1200 hr in 4 yrs I have done lots of damage. Remember grease every time you fill up the tank I think something like 100 bolts to check and 30 grease zerks to hit every tank of fuel welcome to a tractor! Just because I'm in the mood it is quicker to fill an electric car than a small tractor if you are doing proper maintenance on the tractor. BTW quick release nozzle for the recessed zerks is a life saver. For the amount of stuff I have broken everything has been repairable or replaceable all in a reasonable time - the brake switch repair is the most glue and gaffa tape one! Who would have thought that equipment switches have their own special catalogue of nuts! Please check the nut on the brake pedal switch regardless of brand! Even with buying parts, tools, attachments, consumables and some major repairs my cost per hour has plummeted over the years. Great little tractor. Why did I buy it? Great dealer. Why would I buy it again - yes still have a great dealer. Why not other dealers/brands - green dealer moved out, the $$ orange dealer was construction equipment focused and cheap orange dealer changed owner resulting in downsizing and all other dealers at least an hour each way which just adds costs unless you spend a heap of money on being able to self-haul. Knowing what you are doing also helps but hey I know more now than 4 years ago! Remember treat everyone well regardless of their tractor or any other preference!

Well you have a TYM as do several other You tubers, Lumnah acres has one for several years, Country view acres has 2 for several years, arms Family homestead has 2, and a couple of others who name slips my mind and all of the use the hell out of them. they seem to be an affordable and tough tractor, and they are selling them.

You're coping on your purchase. It'll last, but how long? How long will you get parts? Dealer support? This is why i went with Kubota.
@TonysTractorAdventure4 ай бұрын
The irony is, I am old enough to remember the exact same argument about Kubota. TYM is a multination multi-billion dollar corporation. It's not a fly by the seat of the pants. They have only grown each year. They seem to be copying what Kubota used to do. Build an exceptional product for a value price.

I have a Kubota and have had several issues over the last few years. If I was to do it all over again I would highly consider TYM. I’m hoping they get a dealer near me sometime in the future.

You’re exactly right Tony, no matter what brand you buy, someone somewhere is going to have bad experiences with it. I’ve owned several brands and for the most part been pretty happy with them all. You’ve always been a straight shooter with the videos and I don’t always comment but I do value your opinions.

After searching for about 4 months in 2021 for a compact tractor and went to almost all the dealers , It became clear TYM was the winner looking on line at those but no dealer close by , I bought the second best choice for me the RK 25 from rural king after i found they we built by TYM , Really good machines with lots of added options and the warranty is a good one !

You're right and I want to give TYM a fair shot but the only hold up I'm having is, I purchased a KIA Telluride brand new and that company put me thru the worst owner experience ever. Cheaper car price wise but lots of nice features. They barely stand behind their product and I don't want another Korean company doing me that way. I'm waiting until that feeling leaves before purchasing my next tractor with hopes to buy the TYM and save money. The Japanese brands (Kubota)are bulletproof and they stand behind their products. Thanks for the videos as I watch them all. Hope TYM stands strong as the price range helps the common man in these crazy times.

I had a Volkswagen blow a new engine in 3k. My 2500 Ram's transmission failed at 34k. I had a KIA Sportage with 125k when I sold it. No issues. Sometimes our personal life perceptions get in the way of reality. 😁🙏 For a true picture, I would recommend you reading each brand's tractor forums on Facebook. You will find an equal amount of hate and an equal amount of love for each brand. The reality is, once someone commits to purchasing a product, they don't want to be wrong out of pride. I recommend being very analytical about your purchase. A good dealer close by is key. I know from working with TYM that their failure rate is extremely low. They have one of the lowest failure rates in the industry. Having said that, if you do not have a good dealer close by, I would recommend another brand. There is so much noise that it is hard to hear the truth. I hope this helps, and it was meant with love.

I love my tym t574 tractor but they need to work on the bucket arm and attachment brackets i was digging a drainage ditch in low 2 and pushing about 6" of dirt with right side i was not square I was cutting a ditch line and hit a good size rock and it folded the bucket arm and bent the bucket attachment bracket in my opinion the tractors too powerful for that bucket and arms that is sold with it it is a beast

John Deere and Kubota have raised their prices so high they are driving customers to the Korean brands which are 20% less expensive. All the compact tractor brands are so close in reliability and durability.

I agree Tony. Though I bought a Kioti DK 5310 SE, there is no doubt in my mind that a TYM of similar size would have been a great fit. Haters gonna hate. Keep up the great work.

Tony the biggest deal for me on product is local dealer probably the only advantage in our area is the big 3 brands have local dealers within 40 miles. In fact I’m not sure of TYM dealers because I’ve never heard of one. That doesn’t mean they’re bad tractors, but I’m old school and having that local dealer is important.
@TonysTractorAdventure4 ай бұрын
Having a dealer is super important. I wouldn't buy a TYM or any tractor without a local dealer.

john deere 45 hp tractor with cab & loader only vs TYM 45 HP tactor cab loader, tow trailer, third function, 6' heavy cutter, front snow blade, 5' rototiller, 5 ' grader, and old F250 4x4 truck to tow it same cost. You pick what you think if going to get you paid or take care of the farm. GOD BLESS!

Tony, Joe here again: I'm glad you did this video. I've had several comments (some inquisitive and some just plain dumb) from others when they see me with my tractor who don't know the brand. Rest assured I'm always nice in my replies and try to let them know it's been a great tractor for me and my purposes. I came across your channel over two years ago when I was originally shopping for a tractor and to this day I'm glad I did. Let the keyboard warriors keep on hating and buying what they want. The T264 you recommended to me has been nothing short of great.

While I know this is only one case, but a coworker of mine bought one of the larger TYM cab tractors. It spent more time in the shop in it's first year of life than not. The tractor ended up catching on fire and totaled the tractor. I can't buy one. Kioti if I buy other than Green or Orange.

I seriously looked at TYM before I bought my Deere. The issue I had, its a reginal issue I think, is the 2 dealers I visited subbed out their repair, warranty work, etc. Neither dealer had in-house mechanics other than for dealer prep and some small servicing (LOF for example). They (all tractor brands) all are good. If they were not they would be out of business. Each one fits a need, some have fan boys, for sure. I want the dealer that I buy anything from to be the one who repairs (they all break - usually because of me). Once TYM and others, like Kioti, get a dealer network that is strong, supportive and has "floor space", they will be unbeatable. Deere, like Harley-Davidson, has spent a ton of money on marketing and us that buy those brands pay for that marketing in everything we buy from them. I wanted to buy an OCC motorcycle but I live 4 hours from their shop. They made great bikes but I want a relationship. Heck I own and RAM and have for 30 years. Even before they were popular LOL. Keep up the great work. Your honesty and passion is unmatched. Be safe please.

I have purchased a used T273 in the UK, it's a absolute nightmare trying to get parts, I cannot use it until I have steering parts and seals, looks like 2-3 months before I see what I really need. I have thought about getting parts from US, but cannot find a dealer to ship to UK.
