I just started working at BMW 11 months ago. So far I made $70,000 this year and it’s my first car sales job. I’ve noticed since I’ve been working here. It’s not a volume store and we like to hold gross since we are not a volume store. It’s been preventing me from selling a lot more cars than I should. Should I just stay patient and eventually I’ll start making more money. I feel like I could be making more.
