Well done sir. The panel removal is the same (spot-weld) for a 2010 Ford ranger. This video is a perfect tutorial for reupholstering your Ford ranger panels

This car is very cool because of the column shifter. My parents used to have one.

I agree - a fab car. I've now sold it on to a guy by the name of Tim K of KZbin notoriety and when I last heard he was enjoying it too.

Tony Toller That’s nice. I like how you really went into detail fixing the fabric. Our’s was peeling too. It was a 2004. In fact you are lucky. Since in America they removed the column shifter in 2005-2007 But I guess in the phillipenes, they left it on and used a different steering wheel which is nice.

Hi Tony! I enjoyed your video. What adhesive did you use for the job? Thanks!
@tonytoller4 жыл бұрын
Hello. So sorry - only just seen that I didn't reply to you. I bought the only available stuff from a local hardware shop. There's not much choice there with many things. In the Uk I would probably have used 3M but if you type 'upholstery adhesive' into Google you'll get loads of different brands. I think they are all pretty similar.

Is that sun shade fabric you used?
@tonytoller5 жыл бұрын
Hi Martinez. No it was actually a cushion cover from the local department store. But I reckon you can use just about any hard wearing fabric.

What spray did you use? I can not see the bran name. Thanks

Hi Dwight. I did the job in the Philippines and just used a spray from the local hardware store. I don't know what country you're in but in the UK I would use Evostick carpet spray. If you type "fabric spray adhesive" into Amazon or Google you should get a good selection show up. Tony

@@dwightbanks6734 3M makes an adhesive contact spray for replacing the headliner. I just got some at my local Advanced Auto. I'm sure AutoZone or NAPA would have it too.
