Of all the big cats, the cheetah is by far the least dangerous. Your raising it would be more problematic because it needs lots of space. It’s not a house cat. But as far being dangerous, if you got one young and raised it, it wouldn’t be dangerous at all to you or to strangers. They are docile, almost doglike.

It'd be nice, wouldn't it? But they aren't domesticated animals so for any hope of that to work, you'd have to spend a GREAT DEAL of time socializing and bonding with them. Even then, there's no 100% guarantee. Plus they are endangered so. . like. . the law. But. Assuming you wanted to somehow help breed back the population and found a way to legally do so. . more power to you.

No, don't worry--we are on the same "cheetah team." though, I think I did read that Cheetahs actually organize along brother/sister lines. That is, once the cubs are old enough to go on their own, the females separate out and establish their own little fiefdoms waiting for males. The males, however, stick together in brother pacts. That is, all the male offspring of a littler should--in theory--stick together for life. I think that is pretty awesome (though probably too good to be true).
