The problem was how fast White actually is, so when he ran a 4.3 and Cooper ran a 4.4 it's a no brainer White is the best WR in this class. And I do expect White being in the Silver & Black!

as of now, cooper is more polished and might do more his first year or two, but I don't see a lot of potential, I don't see him growing from where he is now. I do think he is a very good wide reciever and will be in the nfl, but White has a lot more potential to be a great wide reciever. It matters if you want an immediate impact or what 2-3 years to develop amazing potential like White.

You Asked For It Cooper breaks plenty of tackles and is maybe just as dangerous as kevin white in the open field.Kevin white definitely has cooper beat when it comes to jump balls and contested catches though. Cooper is known as one of the most polished route runners coming out though and 1700 yards speak for itself

If both qb's and cooper are gone at 6 id have no problem with taking this guy. The kid goes and gets the ball thats for sure. But...were most likely gonna take a pass rusher in that scenario unless white has an amazing combine. He could boof the combine and we might be able to trade down and scoop em up, that would be an ideal situation as well.

Im from Morgantown and I honestly think he'll be a good WR in the NFL. He'll have his game where he will struggle but he'll have games where he can't be stopped its just going to depend on the match up. I love the cocky attitude but that also is a worry because we all have seen WR's with big heads go into the NFL and do nothing. TK Kielion - White carries over $5.2 million worth of dead money in 2018, so Chicago will hang onto him and see what he can do under new coach Matt Nagy's offense. It makes sense since the team will have to pay him anyways. One last gasp of hope that he will stay healthy and finally contribute to a team that desperately needs him to step up. The past 3 years with White on IR has been brutal (for both White and the Bears).

Watching Quentin Johnston I was thinking about comps and I'd have to look at specifically what I had said but I look at him as a receiver version of Derrick Henry kind of with his run after catch ability and strides. I also was thinking about what receiver his play most resembled and it took me a bit but the thing that really popped in my head for some reason was Kevin White which I found wild how I made that tie because I barely watched him play football at all because I first got into the game and following the league around the 2015 playoffs and 2016 season. Comparing them they really are so similar but I would give length to Johnston by a little bit (even though he doesnt use it right which pisses me off and is a reason he is huge boom or bust), but White looks like he was the more fluid and less I guess long stiff athlete like Johnston is although they both have great run after catch ability just Johnstons is more straight line with sharp cuts or stops and White bended more. Their leaning back running style is shockingly similar and I think is what I remembered that gave that comp idea to my head this fall and their build is almost the exact same. That being said; like I said Johnston scares the shit out of me as a prospect because he isnt close to polished, doesnt use his size or wingspan, and body catches although his physical ability is way up there. Different reasons than why White didn't work out I would say mostly although I dont know a ton about White.
