With the import taxes I wouldn't be surprised. Which is absolutely bonkers, particularly for a vehicle so ugly. The only 'appeal' is that it shows you got a lot of money, in a relatively gross way. Except the competitors are faster and better looking, be it from other brands (Cayenne Turbo, Lambo Urus, etc), or even from BMW themselves, who sell a vastly superior X5M for a lot less money too (though it loses the exclusivity I guess, as it's part of the X5 lineup). Something like a fully loaded Range Rover might not be quite as fast but at least it's comfortable and looks good... So except for showing off money combined with bad taste... They really messed up. It's a pity since they really had the potential to make something awesome.

That's actually a question for most cars. Toyota Corolla will do the job for 95% of people. And yet SUVs, 300kmhr hyper cars and massive utes continue to sell well.

Incredible design, but the interior headlining with poxxy lighting reminds me of the dancefloors from the early'90's..BMW should have optioned in a glass roof/panoramic sunroof instead.

WTF, did you say $320K, I assume for that price in also includes an M3 Sedan for the misses and a 218i Gran Coupé for the kids, I would take a Porsche Taycan over this any day and keep the extra $136K in my pocket rather than take this ugly thing 🤣🤣😂😂

bmw's are a rolling pos, plastic and unreliable ridiculously over complicated, impossible to work on for any mechanic terrible resale, i wouldnt drive one if i was given one, if you must drive a prestige vehicle maybe lexus
