Dear Supanuchan, you should buy fresh goat meat at wet market instead of frozen one. Frozen one are usually imported goat or lamb meat from overseas. Maybe from India, New Zealand or Australia. Australia. For frozen meat cheaper to get those from supermarket or hypermarket. Wet market is for buying fresh item only. If they push you to buy more than you need, just say no politely, say you need only this amount. If they still do not honour your request, say thank you and just walk away.

When you go to a wet market like this, if you say "fresh", you are expected to mean food that was still alive that morning or the day before, and has never been frozen. Once it has been frozen, then it is no longer considered "fresh", even though the meat is still good, as you obviously tasted. I'm sorry, but it was so cute when your wife came across the cow head and legs. I felt that I could hear her thinking, "we are really not in Japan anymore..." 🤣

Tak payahlah ko nak berbudi bahasa minta maaf sgt pasal kepala lembu tu... kebanyakan org Jepun ni hanya kenal daging dan ikan melalui supermarket jer sebab tu mereka cempera tengok kepala lembu di pasar basah ni... @@nasirramli3601kesiannya sedara ni... budaya sendiri tak kenal ke. Melayu ni... orang berbudi, kita berbahasa. Bila kita berlembut, bukannya kita menjadi hina, kita memuliakan tetamu. Dah lupa ke? Lagi satu, mungkin sedara kurang fasih berbahasa Inggeris, tapi bila kata "i'm sorry" bukannya semestinya sebab kita buat salah. Itulah idiomatic expression. Dalam tutur bahasa Melayu, sama lah dengan kita sebut, "gurau je bang, jangan marah." Mungkin sedara dah lupa yer. Dan lagi satu, aku nak berseloroh bila nak sebut pasal isteri dia, tak boleh ke aku cakap berlapik sikit? Kamu suka orang gelakkan bini kamu? Takkan orang Melayu je yang jaga isteri, sedara? Pelik pulak rasanya bila terpaksa nak kupas benda asas ni satu persatu, pada orang Melayu lak tu.

Lol you guys went to _cow kit pasar,_ eh I mean _chow kit pasar_ 😂 and you bought *_frozen_* goat meat! 😂 Amateur supanachu! 😂😂😂😂 Sorry I couldn't help but laugh watching that 😂😂😂😂 But on a serious note, we malaysians have marked that seller/shop, and we shall try our best to avoid buying from them, we'll first go to other sellers in there. They were clearly taking advantage of your amateurism, plus your being tourist like (with the cam and foreign language), I'm confident that towards a non amateurish looking local, they wouldn't have been too quick to push a pack of frozen meat, plus they'd be okay to sell them at ½kg packs anyway (although they may sell that for slightly higher than simply halving the price eg 45/kg then half kg maybe at 25)
