I will never forget my first experience in SMT 4 of being brutally assaulted by a mokoi and getting robbed by it. The early game of that is the most brutal experience in a game possible. 10/10 would play again.

I think in SMT:A or SMT:SJ:R I intimidated a demon so hard he said "bet", drained my health and SP several times while I just sat there and tanked it, acted grateful and sauntered away, ending the fight, and then a few random battles later I ran into it again and it was like "yooooo! You're that badass from before! How you been? Lemme join you!"

I had one demon leave me like that the other day, but then in a later fight I tried again talking to another of the same kind and he was like "yeah sorry about that, I had to leave last time that was rude of me but I'm back" and he joined.
