Awesome video, Loved it!! I was hoping you'd make more videos about your old Toyotas. What about your 85 grey Toyota that's similar to this one? Around 19:00 shows the tape deck. (I still use cassette tapes too). Try to find an older one from a junkyard with a mechanical tape mechanism with metal parts; I just don't quite trust the newer style electronic ones not to jam. (I'm sure you can tell by listening if it's got flimsy plastic parts). U should've used your "Frame tester 5000" ball peen hammer at 11:30. The soft spots in the frame you mentioned at 0:30 were "factory flex joints" so the frame is not too rigid. 2:55 shows your old "ignition key." Where's the wood-grain repair panel that came from a dehumidifier? At 14:25, do you remember, the E-brake was actually a block of wood you kept in the bed. (17:00) At least you don't quite have the "inspection windows" in the floor boards like the other truck, but whatever happened to the wooden ones? Great to see the ol 22R "purring like a kitten" again, thanks to the presence of the cats (12:10). Truck's got some fun memories, hope you make more vids of this truck real soon!!!!!!!!!!

haha, wow, talk about a trip down memory lane! I still have the grey '85, it's just sitting, waiting... I also have a '90 2wd truck with a blown timing chain but a good frame for parts, all together I have enough parts to make one solid truck. Just need to find the time to get to it... One good thing though, it now looks like someone is making patch panels for the 84-88 beds, so that might make things a bit easier there. Thanks for watching!
