Layoffs are going on in IT sector from last couple of years. I was laid off 3 times in last 2 years quoting some absurd reasons. But still I got a job and getting 30LPA right now. Now I have stopped putting more than 100% at work because we know that they can lay us off whenever they want without any reason. So jab tk job sahi hai tb tk chill kro baad me we have skills so agr job na rhi to koi business kr lenge.

Earlier ROI was 10.45 per cent for me till 2040, now it is above 12 percent. I decided to transfer my loan account due to exponentially high ROI and another bank is also exploiting us in the name of falana dhikana charges and unnecessary stretched my case for over 8 months. Maine ab 2024 mai ek foreign accounting ki company join ki jisme mere pichle 4-5 saalo k accounting experience ko uhone count he nhi kiya or mujhe as a fresher hire kiya just because mujhe Foreign accounting ka experience nhi... Ab foreign accounting k liye ek to mujhe apni city chor kr metro city main jana prda jahan mera living expense bohot jada hai or mujhe bachta bhi kuch nhi hai... Meri marriage ki age ho chuki hai pr is salary main mai khud k expenses meet out kr lun mere liye vhi bohot hai... Second thing these corporate world demands good communication skills which old school graduates do not have... I am also like them who do not have good english skills.. jiski vajah se ye companies hume rakhti nhi or ek company main reh kr growth hota nhi aapko pta he hai...

Hi I want to add something, I had indian managers before and now i have american manager, difference is in india people give priority to their work a lot, what i mean is, in usa my other teammates go to their kids soccer match after work or have dinner after work or something, but here in india whenever someone says "try to finish the work before today eod, you can do it in home too :)" no dum dum, i cannot, managers in india should give priority to work hours not "work", in europe i have seen people log in at exact office in time and log out at exact office out time nothing more nothin less. So what you can do to fix these? try to send email to your manager with your daily updates, Me and my 1 friend do this. So that no superior can scold you that you have to work more or you haven't done your job. Also time doesn't matter, if you can finish a task in 1 hour then that is a very good thing, not a bad thing. Hope i didn't offended anyone.

experience k baad competition v bohut badhta hai.. aur vacancy v dekho bohut kam hote hai senior devs k.. aur tumhara jo exp hai wo align v hona chahiye next job requirements se.. itna sab constraints match karo to ek senior position ka job milta hai with that much salary.. sab ke liye ye saman nhi hai.. aur abhi to company chhorne keliye 3 months notice period serve krna hota hai, jab ki next company ko immediate joining chahiye...aur v kayi obligations hote hai, jaise ki competition company join nhi kr skte, ye nhi kar sakte woh nhi kar skte.. its not so easy..
