My daddy drilled into me that antifreeze is cheap compared to busted blocks. I don’t drain nothing. I put antifreeze in it and not just a little. I add until the checker pegs out 35 below. I don’t want to have any worries about it freezing.

I can't believe the C10 cracked the dang block! I wanted a zz4 back in the late 90s, looks like it would have been fun! Hot Wheels seemed bummed out or tired, maybe the stress of moving. Hope he gets the turbo plumbed soon, that lift his spirits and leave 200' black marks!

I’ve done a 100 ls swaps and have never ever put a spacer in between the converter and crank and never had an issue my thing is what is the crank gonna move back or is the converter that’s bolted to the transmission and centerd on the output shaft no it’s not gonna move put that 6.0 in one of your nicer trucks

If your gonna run straight water, you need to drain the radiator and the block for storage. If you just drain the radiator the bottom of the block will still stay full of water and can crack so you must pull the block drains.

No, the early 6.0 had cast iron heads, i think it was only in 1998 and 99 model years.
