I think he's actually playing it wrong here. I don't hear the 5 chug and it looks like he does the full hand stretch to hit the 7-3-0. It should be played like this 0-0-0-0 0-3-3-3-3 0-0-0-0 0-5-5-5-5 0-0-0-0 up until "push the envelope, watch it bend..." which is when it goes to 7-5-3-0 0-3-3-3-3 0-0-0-0 0-5-5-5-5 7-5-3-0 I know your comment is older but just in case you still needed an answer!
