In this video I m demonstrating the rough neck handy tool for carrying sheet material such as plaster board and other bulky sheet material.
I'm.workong by myself alot so something like this is god send makes life a lot easier .

I'm baffled why some carry 8 x 4 's with one hand to take all the weight and the other on top of the board to steady. You have 2 arms so carry the sheet with 2 under the board!!!.....

Because they aren't that heavy compared with my max weight so it's better to be balanced.

It’s great tool, the length means your top hand is shoulder height & not head height - so a shorter lift. Easy to carry a 15mm board. I only recently got one as I’m now over 50 & trying to look after my back 😂
