you know what? i can totally hear this as a vocal duet. i wouldn't normally, but because you're singing harmony for part of the verses (and i have a thing for harmony) i can hear it clearly in my head. you should record it and add in the regular melody line as well. again, your voice is beautiful =>.

I've tried singing along and playing this song on guitar, and it is extremely hard to get the timing right. The vocal melody does not match up with the guitar melody, either in notes or in timing. When you start singing, your brain just automatically stops playing guitar, and vice-versa. I do not have this problem with many other songs.
