One of the best lessons I ever saw on KZbin, so much inspiring input and „aha-moments“ is rare to find. I just realized a few days ago, that you offer these videos. Shame on me… You share so much knowledge. Thank you!!!

This is great shit, Ford. Thank you. Just unlocked some stuff that I was sort of getting instinctually, but didn't quite know the theory behind it.

Took me awhile to get all those double stops with 6ths you did but now that I've got it I can how useful it can be. That position on the neck for E major makes playing solos like butter. Thanks immensely!

There was this guy I met at the 3rd & Lindsley who looks exactly like you bro! 🤪 He told me that you were going to start doing Tool Shreds again but I didn’t believe him. But seriously, it was a pleasure meeting you. What’s cool is that I’ve improved a bit since your old Tool Shreds... I can almost understand what you’re talking about now! 😝🤓✌🏼❤️🎸🤘🏽

Yes they are all still the notes of the E maj scale

Hi Ford , comments are turned off for kill covid vid . My question on that vid featuring g dom arps is there is a d dom arp in it ? which has the f# which is the major 7 of g . I love this lick but is it named correctly ot am i interprerting wrong ? thanks ..
@2011goldtop3 жыл бұрын
The arpeggio doesn’t have a f# in it..I’m starting from the 3rd ..B D F A Bflat B
@2011goldtop3 жыл бұрын
Maybe I’m commenting on a different arpeggio ? 🤪

Is that an I 30 or I35? Standard or vintage model? What amp/stomps you using? Great definition, percussiveness, but still sings.
