I just noticed he drops his left stick at around 6:04 He recovers so fast it's actually unnoticeable in the audio. I think he uses his right hand to hit the snare once and he's straight back in:) Pretty slick

Slight correction, the stick actually breaks, so he tosses it to get a new one. Impressive that you noticed it tho :)

If you watch the actual video he throws his right broken stick then switches the left stick to the right hand then he picks the new stick with his left hand 🤯🤯

If you havent yet P L E A S E do “disposition, reflection, triad.” By tool, it’s 3 songs in 1 basically and my personal opinion one of my favorites

The look on your face is priceless! Probably the same as mine whenever I listen to tool. I've been a fan since the first time I saw the sober video on MTV headbangers ball when it came out. Some how as much as I listen to them, it keeps getting better. Enjoy the journey. I really enjoy your reactions. Merry Christmas!

Danny’s amazing and my favorite drummer of all time, but there are drummers out there whom even Danny Carey would say is better than he. There’s always someone better. And even if you are the best, you can still get better.

Rap and hip hop is all computer beats and it’s still not as interesting as one man. They don’t have the restrictions of two arms and legs and it’s still the same lame ass beats on every damn song. So uninspiring and cheap. But this shit is insaneeee.
