The new tools look great. Still waiting on the 18V Coffee maker.
@markeissler
@markeissler 3 жыл бұрын
If they do it, they should make it a double battery system (2x 18v). The Makita coffee maker takes either one CXT (12v) or one LXT (18v) battery which makes no sense, with the two ports they should have gone X2 otherwise all you're getting is maybe two small cups of coffee. BUT I bet Ryobi abandons dual 18v battery designs and pushes people to 40v for those use cases.

I've been buying Ryobi for about 3 years now. I usually wait until the hollidays sales to buy new stuff that I need. I have never been disapointed with their product. I am currently working on a backyard patio paving project and almost every power tool that I have used so far is Ryobi...with the exception of a dremel that I used to cut out a hole in some aluminum gutter. But once my pavers arrive...I'm going to have to break out my wet saw to cut the pavers. Ryobi...I'm waiting for a wet tile/paver saw from you guys!

Ryobi already offered a similar device overseas. That device needed two 18V ONE+ batteries to power it, and my guess is that this one that is in the video will need two batteries too (for 36V). And if my hunch is accurate, then you would want very similar batteries in both capacity and charge level; sort of like how you don’t mix a AAA battery with a D cell battery.

I have a Direct Tool store within 2 miles of me. I have been buying Ryobi for so long I can't remember. I have the compact kit on wheels with the chop saw and trim saw ,drill etc they made many years ago. I still have my first kit probably 25 years now? Love Ryobi tools! I used them for work, home and hobby . The prices and variety of tools , the versatility, toughness and overall performance of all the tools I have are really great . Thanks for these reviews I really enjoy them and look forward to seeing these at my local Home Depot or Direct Tool. I lost count on how many tools and accessories I have of Ryobi, but these tools are reliable enough for me to make a living with , take care of my home and build things with my hobby I love to do . What more can you ask for from a tool company?! I live about 20 minutes from the big plant for Ryobi in Anderson ,SC I hope someday to get a tour of the place. I love all these tools because they are actually good tools if you use them properly and take care of them , they will last quite some time. I have some of the very first ones when I switched from Dewalt. I thought those were overated overpriced and not as tough . Ryobi continues to invent and improve every year , you just look forward like a kid at Christmas for video's like this ! Thanks for sharing!

I’m a professional auto technician and I have a variety of different battery operated tools, but I haven’t dedicated myself to any one platform. I have only one Ryobi tool, the cordless impact driver, and the tool and the battery are great! Never let me down and perform as a professional tool should. What I see in this video, Ryobi will earn my business as my dedicated cordless tool platform. I look forward to getting those ratchet wrenches and impact gun. I’m in the market for the construction tools too. Thank you Ryobi and thanks for this video. It could not have come at a better time for me.

2L bottle is great for spraying mud off a mountain bike before loading it back on a bike rack(car or van) or your truck bed. What I have also done is use the EZClean sprayer as a broadcast sprayer for weeds. I have an old weed container, attached a hose connector (Ryobi uses same as Gardena quick connects) and voila! I got a better weed broadcast sprayer where I do not have to constantly pump up and down (like a bicycle pump) to build up pressure in the container.

I’ve been really happy with most of my One+ tools. Worth noting though that the “2-in-1” Dethatcher/Aerator is just a dethatcher/scarifier. It doesn’t aerate (i.e. drive in holes) even with the separate so-called aerator drum. And I found the collector bag not very effective - quicker to rake up afterwards. But the machine works well and pleased with it as a dethatcher/scarifier only.

@davidjames4915
@davidjames4915 3 жыл бұрын
But the wattage on these panels is a bit on the low side compared to what is available elsewhere on the market... you can find other YTers who have rigged up much larger panels with controllers into the Ryobi battery chargers. They're probably looking into it already, but some sort of 200-400 W tool-charging solar power control station (ideally using standard solar panel connectors) would seem like a great addition to the range for off-grid, camping, RV, boating and remote work sites.

Any word on the Ryobi power cleaner 600psi 18v, drill style sander, and the polisher that were announced as new for 2021. Ryobi announced the products months ago and they are still unavailable. Thanks for the video.

Good job covering all their new stuff. After talking that fast & moving through all the "extra" stuff, you could use a couple cold ones! Carry on bro & good job.

20:00 solar panels....if they act like typical panels, they are best at 25C 78F, (for every 10C rise they lose 5% of power),kept dust free, pointed directly at sun, no clouds...... In short get about 50% more than ya need at least.

I think those ryobi tools are getting so much better, I am impressed with them, only problem is that terrible neon yellow green color !! I think it helps to give cheap a Cheap and Toyish appearance.

Ryobi needs to make that 18v vibrator for when those 'D' cells just won't do the job. 😉

The EZwasher makes me regret getting the version1. The inverter annoys me... But With enough searching the input charging via 12V and usbC is on the back. I'm wondering if i can invert while charging via 12V. The auto inverter is the best release out of all the socalled "new" releases. BUT it doesn't have typeC..... Mini fan isn't exactly "new". But I have one and on low it runs 7hr on a 1.3ah TRZ sounds just as disappointed as me.

Most of batteries returned for recycling are Ryobis ,Ryobi "release" of batteries every 4-5 months with new #s on them( the same capacity) is a bit suspicious.The second Ryobi drill I own displays old problems with chuck tightening,opening up during the drilling operation( brushless hammer drill).Orbital sander,admittedly cheap worked for 3h total operation,the sanding base detached showing some horribly disposable plastics used for the construction.My impression to sum it up- roughly the same quality as Harbor Freight tools,only quite more expensive.I own an old 18V DeWalt drill/screwdriver and cannot comprehend the original batteries are still good enough for 1h work,it has been 12 -13 years since I bought it
Check out these Home Depot power tool deals I just found
