Summary: B4 half an hour sleep, take a meditation= focus on spine by sit at end of bed with deep breath incorporation. Later you sleep. After you get sleep, pay gratitude to whatever you have and reflect on what you have to do on day. Keep awareness on only task at hand

How i found mine was a process.. Every day.. I just sat down for ten minutes and asked that question to my self....my prayer was this ... Dear universe... What is my purpose in life??? And can you please send me the signals very clearly?? .. It took about three months... In which i learned how to paint..sing...and dance... Because i felt this nagging sensation i was suposed to be doing something... But i forgot someone told me that the signs would be everywhere...in the neXt song you hear...or in the next t.v. show...or in the next book you read... But i finally got the message.

Very humble and simple .Your kindaf explanations was very profound.Basicly we need to observe and discipline our mind.And by knowing the nature of the mind we cannot been.drift away instead become aware and keep under control.At least I knew what's been happening to me so far .Being alone is very challenging and unable to share and trust and eventually grows as anxiety and thoughts runs out of track especially it's happen to a person who tries to be very particular.So much of worrriness of the past tragedy which leads to not to trust or even talk .And finally I found this very humble monk .His speech mostly brings great awareness and beautiful solution if we really put into practice.Thank you to the universe to get me this spiritual link.

Before I go to sleep if watching a horror movie; think about that job or looking into social media. Shut off all of that before going to bed: 1.) work 1/2 hour before bed: a.) sit on the edge of my bed b.) keep my spine straight c.) deep breathing (exhale/inhale) d.) focus on my spine & gently move my back left n right slowly & lay on my back n fall asleep.

I'm on hemo Dialysis This is my second run. I am 37 should have died with blood pressure of 225/ 196 my transplant happened and lasted roughly 10 years I am not doing well So I thought lets try to manage things better and started to concentrate first no help i watch some youtube. I deal with nobody well things are changing very fast and the pain and anger I always had was taking over Everything So I did something I never did I started to listen to these people about letting go. yesterday I experianced something by myself soo utterly profound I thought my time was up but I let it all go and It hurt somewhat because its the biggest events of my life. my sleep just came back and my happiness is here and my desire to live again is here . These people are showing us the absolute beauty I never thought I could experiance again. Thank you from the bottom of my heart just helping me deal with this.

I’m so grateful to have found your videos. You have managed to explain so succinctly how stress comes from allowing the mind to wander into the past/future in an uncontrolled way. The operative word here being ‘uncontrolled.’ When we allow the mind to wander uncontrolled, we drift into unawareness, and I guess this is what is meant by becoming unconscious. It’s ok to allow the mind to go into the past if there is a conscious reason for going there but only for that purpose. We are not meant to stay in the past in our minds. Nor are we meant to stay in the future but only visit that place in our minds to do the necessary work for a particular purpose, and to be conscious of what that purpose is. The present moment needs to be where our minds return to. Great video, great explanation. ❤️

Sir I have a problem that whenever my partner or somebody else tells me something good or teach me I start following that person but then i dont feel ease with that person because I think that I am not free to do what I want....I know they are correct and want to follow them but when I try I feel that I cant do things which I want and then I start escaping that person because I have to do something good in front of them

Thanks for this video! Your description on how the cycle of anxiety plays out in daily situations was spot on. Even more, I connected with the advice you provided on how to eliminate anxiety. I recently experienced this within myself and find it to be true. I've noticed how my awareness and thoughts wonder; how they fall into this slippery slope of fear, one after the other. I get so caught up in situations and scenarios that haven't actually occurred; yet somehow the emotional and sometimes physical stress manifest themselves as if it had. I'm learning more about the mind body connection and am grateful to have come across your video. I'm moving in the right direction. Continue to be well

Thank you Dandapani. I will own responsibilities. To answer your question. About my anxiety. Stress. Egoic issues that poison my evenvironment. The phychosis of egoic and behavoiurs that manifested into what they are today over time. I am sensitive to. Hsp also. Think in depth. This issue is very toxic to me. Abusive. Axioms or flying monkeys they call it that cause interpersonal relational stress or trauma. Therefor poisoning my evnivoronment around my personal one or development really. I am not egoic. Have know example to follow. No, no one like myself, only those that try not to be egoic like spiritual or intellectuals kind of like what I have an interest in. So when I come home I try to filter out all that stress from the day. To answer your question about my morning. If I sleep at all. Well I lay there. I turn on your meditation on last chapter of meditation. Make safe place for awareness emotion. Try not to dip my foot in the consciousness river where water is never same water but is water. Focus on my nervous system. As I go on quest to conquer, master awareness. Really just being aware. Self aware at the time I sent my energy into my spine from all my parts. Directing it to my spine, Ora area? Then move my awareness to my mind. Focus on my goal. Which is awareness. Keeping safe place for awareness. Throughout the day. I have trouble with this, owning responsibility. Then if I can and is my goal. Ad an emotion. To make safe place for an emotion each day. The hope is by making safe place for awareness that emotions will have a safe environment to come out, safe for themselves. Freedom. You know water is life giving. Tears create life. But should not be made to fall without your own will, emotions. Your garden will get out of control? Thank you Dandapani

On the first question I also found it helpful to note that cortisol and other stress hormones are at there peak immediately after waking up so this is for a lot of people when they naturally feel most anxious. If you can learn to accept that the mornings are the worst part and that it will pass then you can deal with it better otherwise you end up spending all day battling with it and not letting the anxiety go, let it run it’s course first thing in the morning. After time just accepting that the mornings are bad, I found even the amount of time I spend being anxious gets shorter and shorter sometimes now it’s a couple of minutes first thing then it’s done for the day, just accept and let it run it’s course. Hopefully this helps someone as it really helped me.

Thank you dandapani...I have a question...how can we divert our subconscious mind from keep thinking of something that didn't went well in the past...we can divert in few instance where we realize its unnecessary thought but most of the time it's not happening...

yes i too have the same problem always i keep thinking about my past mistakes! it takes so much time to divert from that...and sometimes even i spoil my mood!

I get to know answer of this question in one of his lecture. He told us one practical way to deal with this. Subconscious mind is just like a cultivation land. It grows what you sown in it. Means it cannot differentiate what is right or wrong. It just accept what our conscious mind keeps telling it. So you cannot control your subconscious mind directly. You can control it by controlling you conscious mind. So do one thing write your bad past memories as your thoughts in a piece of paper and burn. For better understanding of it read power of your subconscious mind.
