I finally got a new Airbrush that is worth to my last one that I have been using for a decade now. This is the Gaahleri Studio GHAD-39 Advance Airbrush. This airbrush came out this past summer as a budget product but its far more advance then you realized. I was worried of getting an airbrush that was below $50 but after reviewing other modelers review of this I need to try this out myself. With my iwata NEO airbrush starting to fail on me while currently testing out vichobby paints I decided to get this and test out other paint from Mr. Hobby and Modo. What I like about this product is that you can switch from an 0.35mm nozzle to a .5mm, which is good for priming and heavier type of paints. I used this product on an Adele MS kit from the Gundam Age series that was part of the First grade line of kits.
Right off the bat the priming was nice and smooth with not issue. Once I was done I cleaned the airbrush, replace the nozzle with the 0.35mm, and began painting using some paints that I selected for this kit. Again the layering of the paint was nice and clean on the surface with no issue on the product. It has a good weight to it on your hand and it has the adjust pin for better control of the airbrush.
I clearly should have paid more attention to this when @ZakuAurelius did his review of the Gaahleri. This was a no brainer to get and I am impress with the results so far. Please check my next Vichobby paints video where I use my new airbrush on acrylic paints
