@@-441- It's going OK. I turned the SG comic into a movie, and replaced Swayzak with a character meant to be MOE 2000 from "$20.01." The Toonami shorts evolved into a whole-blown Cartoon Network Cinematic Universe based on the Checkerboard and Powerhouse era. It's revealed that Swayzak's evilness is all an act, he has a good heart that he doesn't like to show, and he has a crush on Sara (and vice-versa.) Like Helga from Hey Arnold. Haha.

I heard that as all the subroutines within the system, "system stabilizers", that ensure some areas aren't overtaxed during hyperspace travel (without such would cause things like fires to start). With them on, and the stabilizers online, one crisis was averted. The actual hyperspace travel protocol will be stabilized in episode 4.

It was online, and the game is lost media, because of Cartoon Network stupidly removing it when they renovated their site in July 2004. You forgot that TOM was infected by Swayzak, not Sara. Sara was just offline, and she narrated in the game, as she was still online in the systems. A Clyde saved TOM by shrinking down enough to fit in that thing on his helmet and going into his body to fight Swayzak in his brain. Loved that stage, played it the most.

They were going to do a 1 minute episode, 5 minute finale TOM 3 event, but I guess they didn't want to do bad in the ratings, so they did IGPX instead. Sucks, because we could've had the return of Swayzak. (His actual return was just a very short cameo in the Rez review. With a different voice actor, to boot.) This is actually the best TIE, because it introduces a villain who can speak and think for their own.

I remember this event! This was the only TIE I ever participated in, as I started watching Toonami that year in March or April (I think.) I was 6 and I had a crush on Swayzak! I don't know why! It just makes me laugh now, but I had a crush on him from when I first saw him in episode 1 all the way to 2004, when I developed a crush on Cyborg from Teen Titans. I think it had something to do with the game being taken off Toonami's website, or Cyborg's "blackness" being really enticing to 8 year old me. (Which is pretty funny now that we fanonically confirmed Swayzak is also black) And also the fact that Cyborg was more readily available on Cartoon Network.

Still watching after 19 years. Swayzak is the reason why I hate the Pokémon episode "Electric Soldier Porygon." I wanted there to be a computer virus in the transporter system, instead of the episode just alluding to one and Team Rocket being behind the incident (like they ALWAYS do), because of Swayzak. I wanted there to be a virus that looked and acted like him (in Ash's explanation, there was a literal virus, so that's what they would have went with instead. Swayzak's sidekick anyone?) Swayzak is also the reason why I have a crush on Evox/Venjix from Power Rangers Beast Morphers/RPM (fun fact! Andrew Laing is New Zealander, just like Swayzak's voice actor in the Trapped in Hyperspace game, but Laing doesn't use his accent as Venjix, unlike Swayzak's VA.) I can't believe this one-off character shaped my formative years so much, and I wonder if anyone else besides me and two other commenters have had a crush on him.
