I always imagined something a little more mellow for toon estates. Song is great nonetheless. Really gives a toontown vibe.

By any chance does any one know what kind of musical style or genre these pieces of Toon-Town music are in??? Clearly they are "cartoonish" but I feel like this style of music was also fairly popular in a folkish way like in the early 1900's, like 1890-1910 or around there? Anyone know what I mean?

Hard to pinpoint what genre Toontown's music is, but almost all of the songs seem to be heavily influenced by ragtime, which was popular in that time period. Also, circus music seems to have been an inspiration when they were writing the music.

Not saying this song isn't good, it's fantastic. But the estates are supposed to be calm, and I think part of the calmness is from there being no music.

just think of it though. having to listen to music every time you get to your estate. wouldn't you want a break from the happy and cheerful music of toontown and have atleast a bit of silence?
