it's pretty interesting on how the clown mechanic would've worked, it might've been also cut because clowns are common phobias towards kids and the ones in toontown look a bit unsettling as well. very recently it was also found out that the clowns were supposed to laugh during the animation and can be found on twitter and also enhances the feeling of it being a bit unsettling towards kids when playing toontown.

@@tf2dd the idea is that gags were supposed to make them laugh, presumably this would be the 0 hp animation. I do wonder if there would have been some sort of transition animation
