Hello miku sensei this is not topic related but I've been binging your videos since I found this channel it really helps with my japanese learning but I've been confused recently when I watch ur video about the difference of こと and の when you use the は particle in "日本語を話すのは難じい" alot of my friends thinks that you show contrast like {speaking japanese is hard(but not the other language)} how can I know when to use が and は with these verblike adjectives because I think you did not cover it that much in your video about the difference of は and が I'm ashame to myself that I cannot understand this kinda of thing.

I don't know if anyone's gonna see this, but I just wanted to ask anyway out of interest: Is 'promise' also a common noun to put in front of どおり?The reason I'm wondering this is because when I watch movies and shows I like, I always like to consider how I would translate any given line of dialogue into Japanese, it helps me keep track of what I've already learned and what I have yet to acquire. So recently, during the season 2 finale of a show I really like, there was a situation where someone said to another character "Just as promised", and it made me vaguely remember hearing どおりbe used before. So, I have to ask: would it be natural to translate this line into 「約束通りだね…」?

I have a question, how do we think like a Japanese? I heard somehow it makes learning Japanese easier & instead of translating it into our native tongue we can just think of the words etc. In Japanese. Can you teach us that?
@taylorgay16412 жыл бұрын
That would be super difficult for any one to teach. It would take a complete perspective shift in order to frame how we think in a Japanese sentence structure. I'm not sure that's a question that has an easy answer.
@briancrosby1522 жыл бұрын
@@taylorgay1641 probably not i was watching cure Dolly who before that actual person behind the character passed & she kept saying we need to think Japanese. I just don't know how.

One person told me to look up nouns and action words up on Google images instead and that helps.
