It was like people out on the west coast were at least 8 years behind us on lyrical rappers. Fun fact. Too Short's old High School is on Foothill Blvd in East Oakland. He used to park accross the street and sell his cassette tapes from the trunk of his car during the lunch hour and after school. Then he blew up.
