R.I.P. Toots Hibbert. I feel a loss today, yet I know in my heart that nothing is lost. Toots Hibbert, your music always fills my soul with warm light, hope, and joy. This will never cease to be. You have proided me with countless sources of inspiration in your lyrics, attitude and the frequency that your music elevates to. The sense of family I have felt with mass groups of strangers as I have enjoyed your concerts over the years is indescribable. We all the sing the words or your melodies outloud like a family on a roadtrip. We know the words and sounds by heart for this is were we keep the magic you and your band the Maytals have brought us. You were the James Brown of reggae but so much more than that and I love you for all of it. I am sure that feeling the vibration of your music is one of the main reasons I have come to Earth. Goodbye for now my dear friend, mentor and idol. See you on the flipside.

The "JAMAICAN" Otis Redding! Toots Hibbert came closest to emulating Otis' expressive, raw, vocals! There will never be another like the great Otis Redding, though.

The ideal place for a bullshit ad is right smack in the middle of a performance of a man selflessly baring his soul. Another high quality KZbin moment brought to you by the richest people in the world.

Wtf is up with mid song commercials. Y’all are corrupt if you think that’s ok. The musicians and audience deserve respect and if you cant deliver respect then delete your channel.
