1) I will despise "Stacy's Mom" until the day I die. It wasn't musically interesting or lyrically clever, and the whole MILF thing had already been done to death (imho) by the time it was released. 2) As far as Vanessa Carlton goes, I wish she'd had mercy on us by making "A Thousand Miles" her ONE hit, like a TRUE one-hit wonder. "Ordinary Day" and "Yellow Taxi" were both a thousand times worse & almost just as popular.
