He is so horrible a human being though! I just can't get past his insane rudeness to almost everyone. I worked in Hollywood for a few years, and he was feared for being such an a hole. Then a friend had to take a flight with him and his mom from LA, and she said he was so continually, unbelievably rude to her that she finally said something and he finally realized what other people were witnessing and thankfully, shut up for awhile. His mom never said anything, just looked pitiful...

William is so incredible, even in John Wick I got invested in his character, he always seems to show a deep background somehow, it's amazing. Robert Pattinson is really good as well, it was painful to see him restrain himself in Twilight and play such a shallow character. The movies were a lot of fun, but were so undeveloped. With such huge casts, though, they didn't have much chance to deepen anything up....

It used to be much easier to make a career out of just film roles. Many opportunities, little competition. Now scripts are being filmed, whether for tv or as a movie, that were thrown in the trash just a few years ago. “Thanks” to streaming, many things have changed, including the way actors become famous. Fast moving with lots of 15 minute celebrities and very few respectable personalities.

Robert Redford is a hero for the Sundance Festival! He does a lot for charities, much more than most (except for Sandra Bullock, who always sends a standard bundle of a million dollars to every disaster that happens). How many people donate that much?? We always hear about stars who go bankrupt, but Sandra seems to forgo Starbucks in favor of spending giant chunks of change to where it's needed most. Maybe we should all give up Starbucks for one year and see how much money we save to send to those who need it. Pick your charity, group, friend or pets that you want to help and start a piggy bank! On a bonus note, starbucks has the highest calorie drinks on the planet, you're guaranteed to lose weight! I gave up Starbucks two years ago and saved at least ten bucks a day, AND lost almost a hundred pounds!! I thought I was being "virtuous " by not eating breakfast or even lunch and having a coffee drink instead, was I wrong!! Try it, I swear the weight will fall off!!!

Many of Britain's greatest actors appear in combinations of films, television, on stage or radio. More versatile than most Hollywood stars. But then British television and radio require a higher standard of acting than much of the US equivalent. Outside of the US much of their television output, is not seen on other people's television channels. Also British radio has dramatically and comedy productions on BBC radio, something that has disappeared in most countries. Only appearing at films, just confirms how bad most American television, often is, inspite of the now high quality streamed content, which is what sells internationally. Some of the best of the older US actors, do sometimes appear on stage.
