Thanks again Go Pro Bro! My son finally understands t-work is important. He and his teammates used to say the same thing ... "I'm not in 5-year-old-baby T-Ball anymore, why do tee hitting?" I tell them Bryce, Barry & Go Pro Bro do it and last time I checked, they're not baby T-ball players!!!

Great video, please post more about Josh Donaldsons hitting philosophy. He is such a great batter and he goes against everything I was taught as a kid. He is generating power from hips,shoulders and legs. Figured you watch him hit in college you would know. He is from my home town of Pace but doesnt come home much. Also, Roll Tide

The top hand and bottom hand one really helped my arm strength and now I hit the ball alot farther because of it (I have been doing it for a month) I use to hit the ball just to like the edge of outfield and now I hit it to the middle so it has helped

I’ve been hitting off the tee every day at least 100 swings and working out every other day. I finally went back to the field expecting great results but I was barely getting balls out of the infield. I’m not sure where the loss of power is because from the mound I’m throwing mid 80’s so I know I have it in me.

So I was at a perfect game showcase and I wasent throwing as hard as I needed to. What mechanical things do you think I should work on or workouts in the weigh room do you think I should work on the get me to the velocity I need to be at becuase I know I have it in me I just struggle to get it out
@YouGoPro6 жыл бұрын
I've got a bunch of videos on that topic. Watch them and see what makes sense to your situation and try that out. But the main thing is to make sure your mechanics are good and then get bigger, faster, stronger in the gym which will translate to what you're trying to do on the mound.
@danielvandiviere48226 жыл бұрын
Alright thanks and that’s why I think it had to be something mechanical becuase I workout twice a day and I’m pretty strong in the gym
