Grievous has a totally different skeleton so you can't just port over a cape. You'd have to make one from scratch which is a lot of work and not even possible for modders atm i believe.

Pretty sure the damaged version of vader was inspired by his fight with galen marek in SWTFU 1. Also Starkiller's metal fingertips are for firing lightning without having it backfire, since lord Starkiller is even more damaged than vader
