Happy New Year! Awesome top ten. I have almost everything on your list. Picking Hiro as #1 was a great choice. He's perhaps the coolest figure Kit Lau has made. My #1 would've been Detective Smith, though. I love the cyberpunk, Western theme. Everything else was spot-on on your list. 2021 was a great year for 1/18 collectors. Your reviews made me circle back and pick up Rigo and ARW Kelsey. I would love to get the Walk in the Park set, but it is too pricy. I'm already broke from all of the 40K stuff that's come out. Your channel and Awesome Action Toys are my go-to choices for ARW and Kit Lau content. Thanks for all the hard work, and keep it up. 👍

Thanks Steven! Detective Smith will always have a special place on my list. It's quite fitting that Kit Lau had paired him with Hiro as partner's. Definitely a great choice for number 1. My top 4 changed quite a bit up until recording, but as I said in the vid, the top lot of figures are definitely interchangeable on any given day. We were spoilt for choice for great figures last year

Hahaha i know, so difficult to compile the top 10! As the most expensive on the list, the price of this set definitely pushed it back. But it still beat out a ton of figures I bought this year. I really love and appreciate the concept behind it, and hope more out of the box ideas like this come to fruition. Is this your number 1?

@@SkellywagsTV I did recently get Misshaku & naraen figures cool set go well with annexe. Also got a walk in the park which cost me a small fortune but I needed Bob. But I do love the born in hell set also goes well with annexe only regret is that I brought everything individually so I didn't get the guitar🎸😔. Yes Top 10 videos are always hard to do especially when you get so many cool figures released in one year it would probably take me forever to put one together. Anyway Happy New Year mate. 👍 and yes born in hell set is my number one.

Woah, yes, that Walk in the Park set is one I've wanted, but still holding out hope that i can get it for a better price. I like how a lot of the new ARW releases fit right in with Annex, including the new upcoming Omanga, which I'm really looking forward to. It's a shame you weren't able to get the guitar. Hoi hoi! Great top 10! I’ve found that only on the last year or two they’ve had the 1/18 scale stuff. I feel like it’s made a comeback. Before then I think it was only cheap sort of figures usually for kids. It’s definitely ok the way up again. Do you know when the Parallel War stuff is coming out? And where can you get it from? The toy news you do is great for the 1/18th community. I really appreciate the work you put into doing it so we can watch it. Keep them coming

Still no word on release date for Parallel War, but Ailinna store on Aliexpress did have a few PGV figures stocked. Hands full at the moment, but should have a new News vid out this week!

@@lockdownproductions435 I managed to get one PGV at normal retail $35 but the ones on Ailinna are going for more. I got a basic fig for 40 quid. The other ones with more accessories were going for 70. The Pocket Universe figs were available for pre-order direct from the site, but BBTS are also stocking them. They're about $60 each

I’ve been buying the JoyToy Fearless Tiger figures and buying the heads from 118 Spartan Heads but their website has now been shut down. Do you know what has happened there?

A cool top ten Skelly and I don't own any of them yet haha, I do definitely want to pick up the Vintage Collection Bo-Katan though as she looks awesome and I am glad they didn't just stick with a black series version. Also there is a lot of Joy Toy and Acid Rain in the top ten so that speaks volumes which 1/18 scale figure lines are worth collecting! Also I just wanted to say that my Warhammer JoyToy Ultramarine Intercessors have just arrived, have you got your figures yet?

Lol I normally try and get things as soon as I can, so a lot of the stuff on the list isn't even widely available yet. When it comes to 1/18, Joytoy and Acid Rain are definitely at the forefront of producing some of the best stuff in my opinion. They are more premium import products, so the higher price point is really the only downside. I think Bo Katan is a must-buy from the Vintage collection, really great figure and at such a good price! I'm hoping the new Boba Fett turns out just as good and we get a removable helmet as opposed to head swap. Awesome! Ahh man, I haven't got mine yet. Last update I got my package left China on 11th Jan, but it looks like they combined it with another order I made. Hopefully next week! How are the Intercessors, have you opened them up yet?

@@SkellywagsTV I definitely agree and both lines are such good quality and I think the price point is basically the main negative, not much can be done but suck it up though! I am definitely going to get Bo-katan, I got the recent vintage collection Ahsoka which I haven't opened yet but it looks really good and the reviews seem strong. Did you get that Ahsoka? I look foward to the new TVC figures as well, that Clone Wars Mandolorian Death Watch trooper looks awesome! I haven't had a spare minute to open my poor Intercessors yet but at least it will be very exciting when I do! I will say though that they came extremely well packed and took just over a week to arrive so Showzstore seems really good for my first order. I will let you know how the opening goes anyway, I hope yours arrive soon next week so we can see that review!

I haven't picked up the latest Ahsoka. I'm waiting on the Mando vintage based off Rosario Dawson's likeness, hopefully with improved articulation. I'll definitely be picking up the Death Watch Mando too! ShowZ sounds alright! My order is finally in the UK, so I'll hopefully get it early next week!

That Hammer of Steel set is amazing. I'd love to see them do Fallout figures in this exact same style. A small cosmetic adjustment and i see power armor here.

That would be sweet! The steel sets are the best Joytoy have released in my opinion. Unfortunately, with them seemingly extending the 40k license, that notion is unlikely. Alas, someone is sure to do a custom!

Yes, it was a heart-breaking decision for me, but you nailed it on the head. Plus, Void is similar to Hiro and I wanted to have more variety in the video -which is also why none of the other Yamato figures appear.
