Just download those applications onto your phone and any compatible ones will show up on your head unit in CarPlay when you plug your phone into your car. I’m new as well to owning a vehicle with it, but I’ve used it in rental cars in the past. Hope this helps!

Apple needs to approve a radar app, so that at a ‘glance" you can see what kind of storm you’re driving into. Much safer to glance than drive straight into a storm with little visibility. Here in Florida, there are always storms. Some look bad, but aren’t, others have 0 visibility. Come on Apple, let us choose the apps we need for safety.
