Some can be used post mech like firecracker which is all the way till moon Lord and sanguine staff which is all the way till Empress of light

Guide idea: suggested order of going through all tha game areas, bosses and events that ensures the smoothest progression. Basically instead of speedrunning hellstone or fishron and skipping a ton of loot tiers I want to do a slow completionist run and want to know what order to do stuff in so that I'm always slowly getting better gear and can always appreciate it at the time I get it

no spirit flame, no sky fracture, no blade staff, no adamantite/titanium repeater, no dart rifle/pistol, no bananarang, no uzi, some of these are great weapons and should have been in a honorable mention at least

Golden Shower doesn't belong in this list to be honest. You can apply Ichor with Ichor arrows, Ichor bullets or Ichor Flask instead and it's also better to apply Ichor than with Golden Shower for various reasons (duration, range, not spending mana, applying summon tag at the same time, depends on the weapon).

I agree. But while your points are valid I'd like to add: I'm just too lazy to switch weapons. Ok funny out of the way. I'm playing calamity master mode infernum right now as a mage and thought I'd try to use the debuffs more. I stopped pretty much the second I got something stronger than golden shower and meteor staff (yes for some reason golden shower by itself is really strong in calamity). Havent used any other debuff weapon since simply cuz it feels too awkward to switch weapons every 20 seconds

I'm going to be honest with you all. Daedalus Stormbow + Holy arrows sucks hard. The extra projectiles don't even hit anything unless the target is stationery. There's no piercing at all which make it even worse, even for Destroyer. Either that or I haven't figured out some secret arts other ranger players have
