And since it is also served with every order as a side dish, therefore it is actually the most served dish in most restaurant in California. @@channelpersia2982 it's the way to over charge people, same as $.25 per pack of sauce at fast foods!! it's suppose to be free, reality is, that plate is meant to either open your appetite so you order more food or keep you busy while they are getting your food ready in busier time, so you don't complain about waiting😄 that was the concept back home when it started same thing the bar or tavern used to do ,give you free salted peanut to get you more thirsty, so you order more beer😁😁
