Compared to irl sights, they all suck. Because of the excessive space in the rear sight, lining the rifle up just right is quite awkward. But this is a game, so you don't need to line up the gun, ya just point and shoot.

Noah Parkin if you are refering to the experimental variant, sure but if you mean the sights on the infantry rifle in the campain and back to basics, they are very simnilar to the real life peep sights that some m1903s had

I definitely agree on the Chauchat's sights being great, the way that the recoil interacts with them makes it an incredible long range focused fire LMG. My personal favourite irons for long range are the Vetterli's, they are obtrusive to the sides but because the front post is sunk so deeply it makes it simple to gauge long range shots. Overall I think Battlefield 1 has some very generous sights compared to their real counterparts which makes gameplay a bit easier, and as someone who almost never uses optics of any kind I appreciate the vast majority of them.

Dive fallen for the Mosen-Negat sights as they closely resemble my favourite AK47 irons Easy to use not much sin the way and very small at the top for distance and thick at the bottom for closer range headshots

I love the Rigotti. I like how accurate it was on full-auto with the Optical variant, and it's even better post-TTK update! It's a guaranteed quick three-shot kill out to 60m and is good beyond that even with rapid fire.

I've always found it funny that nobody mentions how the MG15nA's front sight post is off-centred, and slightly to the right. No idea if that's historical, intentional by the devs, or just an accident or bug.

There where a lot of support weapons I feel an argument for the MG14 could be made with how open the sights are and how easy tye ironsights are to use however once you open up with the MG14 those same sights are ridiculously easy to lose.

I hate the Mondragon's sights The hind sights are far too far apart so I end up missing every shot, they don't suit a long range gun. I use all parts of a sight to aim, so id rather have them be relatively closer together, which is why the Cei Rigottis are great, starting out close but drifting away to make for a clear sight. I would have chosen the MP18's instead. Also, I love the lMG 08/18's AA sights, they've got the clarity of the big spider web around it while still retaining that needle like sight to aim with
