TOP 10 BEST Minecraft Resource Packs [2024]

I started a few years ago mixing Nautilus 3D and Stay True into a single pack for my vanilla maps plus a few things from other texture packs or things done by myself to keep a consistency between everything. For my moded world, I use The version with mod support for stay true, but after seeing this video I'll add some elements from other packs to it.

I dont see how those are even possible to overlap since they both change all textures 😅 like is it just randomized on what things get which texture from whichever texture pack?

@@cerberusnationz You can make a separate pack containing assets from both. What I did was to copy everything from Nautilius first then overwritten with with the assets from Stay True. Over time, I added assets from other other packs that fit, or I made some myself in Blockbench and Photoshop. It's easier to make a single pack and pick up manually what you like then loading everything and hoping the load order will show most of the stuff you want.

As much as I love the newest texture packs out now, none of them do a complete OVERHAUL like they use to back in 1.12 - 1.17, so im SOOOO thankful you included the last one

Excalibur texture pack is an overhaul with 8 million downloads. New texture packs take time to make. With all the additions you can add to vanilla, why would there be a need to use anything else.

@@beatslain559 It doesn't matter. The best looking on is Unbound, but it's included in Reimagined, which has the option to select what you prefer, the Unbound or Reimagined look.

I think the deluxe4k resoucepack is quite good. It looks nice and supports all versions 1.7-1.21 in one file and has cool features too. I don't have to change my pack all the time. I can really recommend it. Perhaps also as a showcase.

Actually it does now, and secondly, you should never use the latest Minecraft version if you care about mods. The most commonly used version for mods, and most recent one, is still Minecraft 1.20.1. Heck even a hugely popular mod like Create will only run on 1.20.1.
