Totally get where you're coming from! The 100 started off feeling like just another teen drama, but wow, it evolved into something so intense and deep. The character development and those moral dilemmas were next level. Which season do you think really hooked you? For me, it was Season 2 with Mount Weather-it changed the game completely!

Thanks so much! ❤❤ It's awesome you've watched them all-it means a lot! Vampires, huh? That’s a fantastic idea! There are so many great vampire movies and shows to dive into. Do you prefer the classic gothic vibe like Dracula, or are you more into something modern and action-packed, like Blade or 30 Days of Night? Let me know, and I’ll make it happen! 🧛♂️

MOTHER: absolutely a brilliant piece of work that unfolds slowly , and becomes darker and darker. Really really good. Loved the rain season1. Yawn after that. Midnight sky was great, I did find the ending very open. I didn’t enjoy sweet tooth. Now EXTINCTION was very well done, cinematography, the sets, slick production, loved the futuristic’mid century ‘ vibe. Really enjoyed the 100, although the last season started to become ridiculous as they ran out of ideas. I’ve rewatched this a few times. Another great list, don’t enjoy tribes, I think it was pitched at the pre teen early teenage audience, many of the characters were cliche and predictable. I haven’t seen black night, I think it’s another banger from the Koreans. The original book was great, but now with the film the silence it’s added another level to the original story. The audio book ( based on the original in England) is really good. Bird box was good, I watched a few times, but there are some major flaws in the plot. Annoying when you rewatch because they just seem really bad .

Wow, you’ve got some seriously insightful takes here! Let’s break this down: MOTHER - Spot on! The slow unraveling and dark turn made it such a standout. That rain-soaked first season was perfection, but I get the yawn factor after that-it’s hard to keep up that intensity. Midnight Sky - That open ending really leaves you wondering, doesn’t it? I kind of liked it for that, but I can see why it might feel unfinished. Sweet Tooth - It’s definitely a love-it-or-leave-it show. The mix of whimsy and darkness isn’t for everyone. EXTINCTION - I couldn’t agree more! The futuristic mid-century aesthetic was such a fresh take, and it elevated the entire experience. The 100 - Rewatching it is a testament to how good it was, despite that last season going a bit off the rails. I think they tried to stretch the story just a little too far. Tribes - Totally fair critique. It does feel aimed at a younger audience, and yeah, the characters can feel a bit predictable. Black Knight - You need to check it out. Koreans really know how to nail post-apocalyptic vibes with a unique twist. And if you loved the original book, this adaptation will probably blow your mind. The Silence - I love that you mentioned the audiobook! It’s such a haunting listen. Adding the film to the mix definitely gives the story a new dimension. Bird Box - Oh, I feel this. It’s gripping the first time, but on rewatch, those plot holes really stand out. Still, it has that certain pull that keeps people coming back.

How about a list for technology driven apocalypse.
@bestmovies-wg1rqКүн бұрын
A tech apocalypse is such a chilling concept! The idea of humanity being outsmarted or overpowered by its own creations taps into our deepest fears about progress and control. It’s not just about the machines-it’s about how humans deal with what they’ve unleashed. Let me know if you’re into more grounded, realistic scenarios or explosive, action-packed ones, and I’ll put together a list that hits the right notes for you!
