I had fallen asleep while watching a different video and woke up to discover this amazing video playing. It is very interesting to see how they prepare and make the different foods in your country and culture. A number of the people who are featured in this film have some crazy skills in order to do their jobs and make/present the high quality foods for their customers. Watching the gentleman with the crazy knife skills was like watching a skilled surgeon or a gifted craftsman creating a stunning piece of art. Thank you for sharing this documentary about the different types of foods found in your country and culture. If I wasn't deathly allergic to seafood I would love to visit your country and try the many different foods that you showcased here.
