I used Navionics on my 5000 mile solo kayak trip down the east coast.

Thanks ! very helpful. I found it odd though that you set the camera up in such a way that your figures are dark and shows the dreary outside.

I use Notes all the time but don’t know how to create the check list. How do you get that button feature??? Thanks - great video
@ElliYacht13 жыл бұрын
Thank you!! On iPhone Notes, there is a check mark ✅ icon with a circle around it in the lower left corner of a new Note. If you click that on a line, you get a check bubble. You can also drag an item right that has a check mark to create sub check lists. Super cool!

Which notes app is it for Android? So many
@ElliYacht13 жыл бұрын
We have iPhones and just use the preinatalled notes app. Any notes app you can share with another user and have check boxes you can update teatime would work well. The key is to both be able to see what each other have completed on the list as you prep for activities like leaving the dock or weighing anchor. Thnx!

Try the Evernote App. Is is the NOTES App on steroids! And it's free with very little advertising. Used it for years and could note live without it!

An ionic s went from best in class to worst. Higher sub cost, fewer features. Bugs and crashes. Not worth the headaches at all. i-Boating: GPS Nautical Charts works, or go with a Garmin chart plotter and buy charts on sd-card

I have never understood why anyone would want to abuse their dog by making it live on a boat and crap on a dock.
@ElliYacht13 жыл бұрын
Leroy craps on land. No dog should carp on the dock. His favorite time is on the dingy. Free smells! Abuse? Not sure the perspective there.

I love dogs too . Did you ever think that living on a boat a dog gets to be with their owners almost round-the-clock. Tell that to the dogs left alone for 8 or 10 or 12 hours a day at home.
