Great list. I did not do a good job keeping track of what I read this year. So no book of the year for me but I did find some new favorites though. 'Chivarly' series by Christian Cameron (aka Miles Cameron) is a great historical fiction series centered on a knight's tales of the european wars and crusades in 14th century. It reads likes the best military fantasy without being too dense or ever boring me at all. Also, Eric Ugland's 'The Good Guys' series and, in the same world, 'The Bad guys" series; 2 fun litrpgs with lots of entries that are perfect for clensing the palate from big, dense books. Those are the ones I know I read in 2024. I hope you enjoy Bonehunters. It is my favorite Malazan, so I guess that makes it like the best book ever.
