I'm on 11:43 now...it is fantastic to hear a doctor pull out the truth about autism, leaky gut! This is the stuff people need to hear. Also the part about chi and self-reflection. Really hit home. These videos are so educational and to-the-point and break down the benefits of certain spiritual practices. You're open minded, and backing it up with science which makes these videos very complete. Very happy I found your channel/

Thanks for the mention of yoga, & being in support of it, even if you are a Christian. I am a yoga instructor for several years. I am here to confirm that many in this practice don’t recognize the depth of philosophy/spirituality behind yoga. Some do, & others on a more surface level. For some it is just another form of exercise. You are a wonderful resource of great health for me! Thanks Dr. Axe!🙏🏻🧘🏼

His teachers are wondering what drug we are giving him, because he is showing improved attention, self-regulation and ability to control disruptive behavior. He also takes NAC, probiotics, magnesium, fish oil, Guanfacine, and intense aerobic exercise (he LOVES Zumba).

Praying is to ask God, and being grateful for what you are, basically you tallk, and Meditation is when you listen, to answers from above or your subconcious... When a certain huge religion was ruling our world, they brain washed is into doing things that kept us healthy, and happy. But like you said, if we're using yoga , prayers and meditation and customize it to our beliefs, well be good 😊 A positive criticism is, say the other person (or people's) name(s) first. Example, Dr. Ruben and I are ... Rosemary, Josh and I went to church. I is always last... If they're chikdren, you coukd say three children and I, or refrase the sentence like this, "When I went to the park, Josie and Mark went with... bit I treat my kids as equal, and use the first rule of etiauette, and proper English. Thank you for all your vudeos. I'm always sharing them!!!

Very good video. As requested, I'd like to add that the brain has enormous redundancy of function. If you improve one skill, others are unconsciously enhanced. Learning a language helps your proprioception for example. Singing helps digestive function. The possibilites are many. And, as you mention, at the core of it is enthusiastic engagement with whatever you love doing. Thanks again. I now consume Ancient Medicine products regularly.

I am so glad you addressed the issue so many have with the practice of yoga. I too, am a Christian and I do yoga from time to time and have struggled in the past to know if I should. The stand I now have is one of the freedom in Christ that is discussed in the book of Galatians. If I do yoga now I am not hindered in anyway in my belief because I do yoga to the glory of God and his son Jesus Christ. Maybe this will help some others who are struggling to know what to do. However, I do feel that if anyone feels convicted in doing yoga they definitely shouldn't do it.

calandon27 God showed me that yoga is demonic. Yoga regardless of your intention of doing it, is a way of worshipping Hindu gods which is idolatry. It is very bad for you spiritually. Watch purvigiggle video on KZbin about yoga.
@mrskellta4684
@mrskellta4684 7 жыл бұрын
calandon27 I understand in a perfect world you participate in yoga to so call glorify your god , however your being deceived and that's why your looking for confirmation here, and this video is the wrong place, stick to the Bible for truth !! Prayer & fasting!!! Perhaps the Holy spirit wasn't in agreement with the yoga and meditation you were involved in. Please do your research on how demonic yoga is unfortunately many Christians are being deceived leaning to their own understanding . But your receiving hundreds of demons, it's idol worship to many other gods, your opening yourself up to unclean spirits hopefully your not having demonic dreams by nowwww smh lord have mercy repentance, deliverance and passing it on to other believers followers of Christ. It's very dangerous and nothing to take lightly I'm praying for you

I'm not a doctor by far but what i think is the first step to improve the brain functions is to discover what's causing the malfunctions. It's like the relationship between your car & your car tires. We should begin with what's causing the wear & tare on those tires is it just a mechanical issue or too much weight. The Weight being Stress in this brain Analysis. The Less Stress on the Brain The Less We Need to Improve this brain malfunctions. Walnuts Fish Omega etc. Is not for everybody if used the wrong way.Too much too little allergies Etc..or I'm i wrong ? What Do you Recommend For Keeping Our minds Stress Free ?... I know my dog is the best treatment for keeping me occupied from stressing too hard But else is there for my best friend & i ? Thanks in Advance

Mark Chiang Mai No that's the Buddhism definition. There are different meanings to the word meditation. Christians do a different kind of meditation. Also if you want to get technical, the Latin word meditari actually means to reflect upon, to study. So blocking out your thoughts would not fit into that definition. Also the eastern Buddhism meditation is very bad for you spiritually. Look it up
