🇬🇧 Oh Good! I dont eat any of these! I do eat Cottage Cheese with salad ( im allergic to all forms of Tomato) Also like Edam Cheese. Don't eat red meat, chicken, just fresh fish & tinned Sardines. Fruit, most veggies Home made soups. Havent drunk hot drink for years. Im Teetotal, allergic to Hops & Grain spirits. So! Im pretty happy with this list. Although im a tad arthritic ( its bloody cold, wet & damp British weather) Main downfall is sweet things, but use Honey & make my own oat cookies, energy bars. no chocolate except as occasional treat. Your diet changes as you get older i think. Its portion control which is the bad boy. A little of what you fancy, now & then is fine! Just not a whole packet of cookies, only 3 or 4. Many restaurants or fast-food dont change regural the oil-food and some of this keep the same oil for a week so imagine what the stomah suffer from this burn oils...also sun-oil and other oils arent good,only the olive-oil helps,but some customers saying that arent so tasty,so people prefer to what is more tasty and not they hygiene...it is sad
