Happykit was just Weaselkit's fan name Another mistake, at 8:07 it lists Volewhisper as dying from rats, even though it says in the books that Runningnose lied to Brokenstar when they said Volepaw died of his infected rat bite, in order to give him a better life, away from Brokenstar. But also, could we talk about how half the rat deaths are leaders? I'd think the leader of a clan would be able to handle some rats lol

when I was around 10 I had a fic which used fanclans and the story behind them was that the og 4 Clans got blown up with a bomb for some reason and only 4 cats survived so they started new ones lol but for unique causes of death in my current fics, one of my characters died from getting killed with a knife by some twolegs in an alley

I'd REALLY like to know what sorts of dogs do people own near the clan territories because your average non-terrier housepet is more likely to run from an attacking cat than kill it. Especially as the breeds depicted are often more focused on protecting humans and guarding than fighting a hissing ball of fur with knife feet. Also, gotta love how the Warrior Code says 'don't kill fellow clancats, especially in battle' aaand, that's the most common death XD

Suddenly, he noticed a bright pink flash in the corner of his vision. He slammed his feet down in an effort to stop. He whips around quickly to face a bright fluffy mass. He opens his jaws to identify the scent. In awe he watches as a bright pink cat with white belly turns to watch him, its bright yellow ears glow in the radiating sun. “Hello There! I’m petal!” The cat says “ugh, hi I guess?” PinePaw says, “who are you?” “Im petal” mewed the pink she cat. She shuffles her paws as her tail twitched in a nervous way. PinePaw stares down the cat but decides she’s not a threat.”so, where did you come from” PinePaw mewed. “I honestly don’t know, I’ve just been wandering for a while!” Petal says. “Well would you, umm, like to come to my clan?” “Sure, I’d love too!” Petal says eagerly. Later the leader accepts petal and PinePaw walks away with his new friend PetalPaw. As they walk around BirchPaw comes up to them. “So like, who are you, what are you doing, and why are you here?” BirchPaw says with a hint of annoyance. “Oh um… I just invited petalpaw to the clan I just met her in the forest.” PinePaw mewed awkwardly. “Oh uh yeah like he said I was just wandering around and I came across him.” PetalPaw added happily PetalPaw notices the annoyance in birchpaw’s voice but does not think much of it. A few moons later Pinefur, now a warrior, asks petalwish to be his mate. But she rejects for a more buff cat named raccoontail. (Btw raccoon tail looks like how he sounds andbirchstep is a spotted she cat.) pinepaw is heart Broken, but a few moons later he becomes mates with birchstep. after, birchstep, racoontail, pinefur, and petalwish are sitting by the river watching the sunset when they hear commotion at camp. Racoontail goes down to investigate when a large spotted and ginger Tom jumps out and slaughters racoontail. All three rush down the hill stride into the clearing, they are greeted with a mound of blood and fur as they watch in terror. Petalwish instinctively rushes to raccoon tails side. She lunges at the Tom and scared him off. All the young warriors rush to raccoontail. Overwhelmed with grief, she walks to the river, pinefur and birchstep run after her. They rest there for many moons as the watch Petalwish fade away. Birchstep is heartbroken to lose her brother and to see her friend like this. One day Petalwish walks back to camp to get something. Birchstep is left alone to her thoughts. She is lost with grief. She throws herself into the rushing river, buts it’s to late when Petalwish gets back. In one final gift from star clan, two kits hobble from under BirchStep. PetalWish is overwhelmed with emotion she decides to leave the clan. PineFur is alone from then on, he wishes times had gone differently but they never did, and he couldn’t do anything. Many many years later, pinefur goes to sit by the river when he spots Petalwish and 2 other cats. From then on Petalwish and two other cats (pinefur’s kits) lived with pinefur in the clan.
