TOP 10 COOLEST DRUM SETS

My personal favorite drum set is Meg White’s from The White Stripes. I just love how she has a drum throne with her name on it, red felt cymbal washers with matching red peppermint candy swirls on the bass drum & resonant head of the rack tom which inspired me to do something similar to my own kit.

Nice list...but what's nice in drumming is the possibilties....endless...i'd have stewet Copeland in my list ...for the unique use of the splashes, Cup Bell...octabans...

I'd have to include Keith Moons double tom/open ton kit, two full rows of drums. There's lots of big kits now, but that was almost 50 years ago, quite ahead of it's time size wise. The rest of the set besides the second row of toms was the same as his earlier sets, the base set never changed.

There are so many.... Someone mentioned Karen Carpenter oh yes!!! And of course you can't forget Carl Palmer or Danny Seraphine or Nigel Olsen or Bill Bruford or... Boy this list just keeps on growing exponentially-

The Pictures Of Lily drumset, aka Keith Moon's main kit before he blew it up in the Smothers Brothers show, has to be the most iconic. The design is amazing, and I have a model of his kit in my room. His 1975-1978 kits were terrific as well and the amount of drums he had was crazy but not surprising as he is Keith Moon. Long live Moon the Loon!

Neil's kit's fantastic...great vid btw. Simon Phillips and Gavin Harrison have got nice kits...how about a vid on guys who can get amazing sounds out of really small kits..eg Buddy Rich and Nate Smith. Keep up the good work 👍
