Germany is a technologically advanced powerhouse. Apart from US, it had consistent and solid growth no matter what the external conditions. Even after suffering from World wars, it still continued to excel due to it's literacy and technical expertise. 80% of Germany's produce is exported and most of the economy comprises of family business. Hats off to the amazing country 🇩🇪
@ssssaa2
@ssssaa2 6 жыл бұрын
It is surrounded by other wealthy nations. Of course it has a large export/import segment of the economy. When you're surrounded by ice and water like the USA, you mostly do stuff internally. Not that this is a bad thing, both have advantages, for instance it is very hard for the USA to import a recession or to be harmed by trade wars/tarrifs because it's companies aren't affected by whether foreign peoples will buy their products. Mostly this is geography though, not economics.

@@bodigames BS. The figure for Netherland is only so high because they are basically Europes biggest port. The goods come to the Netherlands via container ship and are then "exported" to other European nations. So, it has nothing to do with real economic power. The same is true for HongKong.

@@dagda3000 Incorrect, as that has nothing to do with import and export. If it did, then the Netherlands should also have a large import (which it does not have). The export on that graph is what is actually produced in the Netherlands and exported to other countries.

Yeah, they should really be proud paying their workers so low so that the rest of EU is forced to have their industry destroyed and to align on Germany's shit ecological standards and total absence of social justice in hope to survive. Amazing partners to have around. ❤🇩🇪 They should probably think a bit less about profit and more about making kids though. Germany is up for a tough ride once Euro dies and they face the backlash of having put the rest of Europe under so much stress, and once people stop considering that protectionism is evil in Europe. Otherwise I do agree with you, especially with the punchlines of those three countries , that's for sure, but who knows for sure, if China would hold that for any longer than US, I would say it's dubious, with all the economic problems(the current political system is an obstacle as well, as no obviously and genuinely undemocratic regimes, with they become a capitalistic, only economically, therefore it cannot stand for a long period of time, I strongly suppose that, but who knows what the future would bring to the Chinese political system and economic model system, it can be reform in a more democratic and even more liberal way to become more improved ) it suddenly got since the financial crisis from 07-09 and now has in the recent years /now, just more intensely affecting, yet with a unsolved trade war on gong now as well, it goes to its gdp nominal(even though is still in 2nd here) as well ... 🤙💥🔥💎☺️😎

And its definitly impressive for countries so small being able to colonize countries and nations so much bigger. Which, in order to be able do that, they obviously must have had a powerful economy and nation with high development beforehand. Logically. Also it was their legal right to colonize countries.. At least back then. And it is also understandable for them to do that in order to compete. Thats natural for humans. Every other country in the world has done that or would like to. The countries that done just also were able to do so in a large scale because they have had a high standard of development already before the colonisation, logically. Also the wealth that has been created or stolen back then wasnt given to the country, for development or something like that, but primary royal houses have taken that wealth for themselves.

China benefited from the 2008 economic crisis because of their locked national market(for foreign companies) , cheap labour, state owned companies and thus cheap goods they can export wherever they want because of western free market values while all or most other countries in the world were struck badly from the 2008 economic crisis and are still recovering from that crisis, especially european countries. Not China's power. China's economic system has the risk to fall a part sometime in the future and create a huge international crisis, thats why China is buying countries all over the world at the moment, to have a type of secruity.

@@gordonchao3074 Well but in order to colonize other continents you have to be stronger than them. Which once again means that Europe is the best. Our people are the smartest and the strongest. Europe is small, it has few resources, a bad climate, many wars in the past, too many different nations that make cooperation hard and yet Europe is so dominant.
