My personal favorite this year is DDR 741, the Mr. House one. It's just a good introductory brainteaser.

I expected the new wheel to be #1 when it first came out before being errata'd

As far as I know they never issued an errata for the card

My video explaining why Wheel of Potential required errata garnered almost 30000 views, which would have been good for the #2 spot, but after WotC issued that errata, I took the video down, and somehow my replacement video explaining why this card works didn't garner as much interest as the one explaining why it didn't. I still am incredibly proud of the original video because I was the first one to notice this issue and bring attention to it, and many other content creators, even some non-Magic ones, eventually picked up on the story. I can now proudly claim to be personally responsible for a card's errata, which I think is pretty cool! Maybe next year, I'll be responsible for a change in Magic's policy, and complete the trifecta that I started when my video on Henzie Torre got a new rule added to the CR.

My fave is DDR #221. I just loved picking people’s brains on this mechanic. It also shows me who the potential Chalice players are. 😅

I have a question, could you elaborate on the changes to the rules that came with Foundations. I've been experiencing a lot of confusion when playing and wouldn't mind a reliable source on how it actually works. Happy new year.
@JasonOshinkoАй бұрын
Which rules changes do you mean? The only one I know of for Foundations is that damage assignment order has been removed. All that means is that no player gets to cast spells between the time damage is assigned to blocking creatures and the time damage is dealt to those creatures. It doesn't come up very often, so I don't see what there is to be confused about.
@kristadisgumundsdottir3658Ай бұрын
@@JasonOshinko Yeah, that one. I am not sure about all this confusion, but this keeps coming up when I am drafting for some reason.
