Gucci Intense Oud is no longer sold here. The Gucci rep said it's discontinued perhaps in the USA or maybe the world I'm not sure but can't buy any bottles of it here anymore! :(

THIS designer Oud list is delish! I have many of these I have NOT tried on the way currently suggested and echoed by Max Forti Winter list. I tend to go where my fave reviewers overlap and coalesce. @@friendofdavid1423 Interesting point. I would certainly filter her opinions knowing this but I disagree that you don't find value in her opinions on Oud. I think she has a lot of knowledge/experience in the note/fragarance in general and gives thoughtful answers. Which is exactly why I like Dalya and enjoy her opinions. It's always refreshing to have a new view point and from someone who is well spoken and thoughtful/honest. I can't stand the reviews that are basically click bait ads/fast & quippy with lots of edits/visuals to sell themselves/products.

Interestingly enough, our pronunciation of "cinnamon" in Arabic is "darseen", which was very close to the Armenian pronunciation you mentioned. We also pronounce it as "gerfah". Great list guys, well done!

Dhalia and Sebastian, Elie Saab Essence N.4 Oud is a fragrance to die for, composed by none other than Francis Kurdjian. It was on major sale recently (less than $60) so I stocked up on it. Now, you can not find it anywhere. Would definitely get on your list if you guys sniffed it. A true Laotian Oud scent complemented with a gentle bouquet of florals (minimal to no Rose), animalic but soooooo sensual. LOVE all the way, Please consider reviewing if you get your hands on it.

I was looking for the Smoked Oud online after seeing your other Smoked oud and Oud video....but ended up buying the "regular" Oud. It smells unique/bold. Smells great. So would you say that you like or prefer the Oud over the Smokes oud version? I got that from this video but on the other Oud comparison video it sounded like you preffered the smoked, rose version. The “E” at the end of Versace is pronounced the same as the “E” in the word elbow. Many people pronounce Versace as if it had a letter “A” at the end.

One of my favorite designer ouds is one no one talks about but its soo good Armani eau de nuit oud 🤷‍♂️ and not that it really matters but what I do find interesting is for the first western oud everyone forgets Sequoia released in 2001 and 2002 the original M7 was released 🤷‍♂️ it gets all the accolades. Hi Dalya & Sebastian, Happy New Year! "Dirty Alcoholic Syrup": Etat Libre d'Orange gives original names to their perfumes, so this one could be perfect. I don't have a lot of oud perfumes, some niche decants only, but: - "Rose Oud" from Yves Rocher: I don't wear it, because of the rose aspect I think. - I prefer "Oud Magnétique" from Molinard: more on the woody side (not expensive on an UK discount site, under 50 euros / 75 ml) Love the part with the rats... 🐀 Sebastian tried to scare you.

Honestly I like oud wood tom ford. Luxury, reasonable price, There's is a few for around $300 and up. like Mysterious Oud Extrait de Parfum by Bortnikoff And Warda Al Oud Attar / perfume oil by Xerjoff - XJ Oud Attars The best of the best oud.

TF Oud Wood has a crappy performance because of it’s longevity but smells Amazing which is very sad! You’re better off going with Versace Oud Noir

The Varvatos bottle bothers me too. I hate it. If the gold plastic would have been metal it would have been gorgeous, but the plastic.....SO CHEAP and such a good fragrance.

The problem I find with oud fragrances is that a rose note seems to be way too prominent in many of them. The rose and oud combination is a powerhouse and many perfumers fall in love with it to enhance performance. The Vince Camuto sounds interesting, though. Have you ever smelled David Yurman Limited Edition? He's a jewelry designer but it could also be considered niche. How about cheapies like Franck Olivier Oud Touch or Zara's Exclusive Oud which was supposed to be the best fragrance they've ever released.

You need to get a hold of aoud 1 from bruckners. Imagine a bowl of peaches and plums covered by a silk scarf of chocolatey ouds. It took me years to get this scent fron europe but FUCK im wearing this to my wedding in october.
