@@mortalchess so as white I play 1. e4 and will go into a few different gambits depending on what black goes into. And as black there's the Busch-Gass gambit which is a little bit like a Stafford with some unique variations, and gambits against d4 as well. It's all over the Graif channel, it's all pretty unknown and fun

After rook b8 we take the rook with our queen anyway with queen takes b8 because when the knight takes back our queen we can then CHECKMATE black with our knight by knight takes c7#.

I play 1....e6 after 1.d4 so I can then go f5 and play the dutch..but sometimes the go 2.e4 and we are now in a french defense. I cant play the french for sh##. that's when I whip out the hippo.

I get into fights sometimes where we castle opposite sides, but a lot of hippo theory is based on same side castling then the key pawn break C5 or F5 later in the middle game, at least from what I’ve seen. But there are lots of different lines!
